Not a 4-star hotel by any means. We needed to find a place for two nights passing thru and thought this would be a good option. We have stayed in 2-star places better than this.

Staff was great, they really made an effort to make your stay feels 5 star. I wish there was a snack bar as we came off our flight and arrived at 14:00 and had to wait till 19:00 to eat. The dinner window of 2 hours was not enough time

Overall excellent experience except the food which is surprising given the location.

Great resort and great staff. Resort needs a little TLC, otherwise very accommodating.

Lovely place. Very nice and clean. Comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Especially restaurant and The guys at the beach. Marvelous views.

In general the rooms are not great, the beds are not great, the bathroom is not great. On top of this the air con didnt work. I reported it to the hotel and nothing was done about it. My wife and I hardly slept as the room was so hot. On check out out the receptionist really didnt care about my complaint.

We enjoyed our stay overall - staff was friendly - the room was quite small - very basic but clean we had all inclusive package - food was quite good - the grounds were fairly well kept the beach was a mix of sand and stone - if you have a car, good base to explore from

Unless you are German, do not go there. They ONLY cater for Germans. The food choices are 3.5 star, but the quality in 1.5 star at best, poor I think. The wine they serve for dinner is best suited to cleaning floor tiles. German people seem to think that they can smoke wherever and whenever they want. The beds are like laying on concrete, hard as, the air conditioning is very loud, difficult to sleep with it running if you do manage to sleep. The Hotel grounds are not well kept, the lawns needed to be cut, very untidy for a Hotel that is rated 4 star. Its a 2 star Hotel at best. The staff were not helpful when we deciced we did not want to stay!
