There was a hiccup with the shuttle due to delayed flight. Not sure what I was looking out for but after a call (on a borrowed phone) and a 40 minute wait the car arrived. The airport seems to virtually close down from 9pm. Apart from that everything was good.

The was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. No airport shuttle as advertised. No 24 hour room services. When trying to check and find a taxi no one to be found to help in the lobby. Luckily found a cab out front dropping another person off.

I would not recommend this hotel! The Refrigerator in room not work, toilet seat not attached very good. NO ELEVATOR !!!!! Breakfast was toast and cold cuts. They claim airport pickup but when tried to call fo pickup no one answered, had to take a cab. I would not recommend this hotel! The only good was they did shuttle me back to airport.

Absolutely great customer service. We arrived passed midnight our transportation provided by hotel was there. The person at the front desk was very informative and helpful. She went over and beyond to assist us as we had issues with an excursion we booked to blue lagoon through another site. Great all around.

Good for a quick layover stay. We were there for only about 6 hours to sleep. Bathroom was a bit musty, but the room was clean. It was a Saturday night, and the hotel had an Irish pub located across the street. It was very noisy, and we basically heard everything that was going on outside. We didn’t get great sleep, but for the money paid it was fine. The hotel staff was super helpful, and check in was a breeze. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was also a plus since the wait for a taxi was over an hour long. Overall it was fine for a quick stay.

The website advertised Airport shuttle and there was none. The TV in the room kept switching itself off every few minutes.The WIFI did not work for me
There are no charging outlets for Electronic laptop and phones etc. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was clean but somewhat outdated. The receptionist was nice and friendly. She told me there was a real nice bakery next door for coffee and pastries, but I could not find it.

This hotel is just if you need basic, the room was clean with a warm shower. Some handsoap and shampoo bottle. They dont have a huge staff so just be patient. They were very nice and included a ride to the airport if you ask ahead of time. Or theyre happy to arrange taxis for you.

I made booking based on room description and pictures shown but it’s no way near to what we have experienced.
1) No one answers reception phone - try to call and you will find out.
2) They don’t allow you to check in before 2pm which is fine as per their pre defined policies but they were not even ready with rooms at 2pm considering we were waiting for a pre booked room from 12:00pm.
3) I booked family room for peace of mind but they kept trying for make me settle with something else, and made us move from 1 room to another- Not recommended for Families at all.
4) No consideration that you are travelling with kids- not their problem.
5) Oh and there are no lifts, 2-3 floors but no lifts.

Our flight arrived in to KEF at 10pm and were able to get free transportation from the hotel that was easy to arrange. Checking in was easy and the front desk person was very nice and helpful. We stayed in the quad room. The beds are very close, but we enjoyed having beds for everyone. There was a free breakfast, but unfortunately there was a tour group in there that had eaten almost every single item and was pushing us out of the way every time they brought more food. That is not the fault of the hotel, but still was not the best experience. The area was really beautiful and super close to the airport. It is not downtown, but is ideal for a quick stay after flying in or before flying out.

Service not as promised. Shuttle 24/7 yes but every two hours and already fully booked when I asked to reserve a space night before my morning flight. :( Early check in offered when I telephone front desk one week before my visit. Yes. But not available when I arrived morning of my stay. :( 24/7 manned front desk. No. I Arrived just before eight a.m. and waited ten minutes at front desk before guy washing dishes back of house came forward to desk to greet me . :( Free shuttle from airport “Just call hotel. For a ride. “ I’d been told. Well, yeah but when I called hotel staff told me next shuttle would pick me up in two hours. :( I walked instead fifty minutes to hotel.) Very disappointing mismatch of promises and actual services.

There was discrepancy between what was shared on Expedia and what was offered.
Checkin time suggested was 2 pm but we did not get room until 3:30 pm. Moreover, we waited in line for an hour to get to reception to check in.
It seemed like there was just 1 staff handling everything. Receptionist was patient and courteous but that didn't change the impact on the overall experience.
In addition, we were charged for shuttle to airport on the way back. Expedia booking did not mention that but reception staff said that's what we offer.
No toiletries in the shower either.
This was the most expensive hotel for our entire 14 day trip and came with least amenities and bad experience.
So, I wouldn't recommend this property if you have other choice.

This hotel had mold and mildew all over the bathroom. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk to help us, so we sat in our car and called Hotels.com to try and get ahold of someone as the hotel number was not answering either.

Do not stay here! There is a nightclub about a block away playing very loud thumping dance music. Patrons of the club wander in front of the hotel cursing, puking, yelling, etc. Then they get into their cars and rev the engines. Seems they like waking hotel guests or bothering tourists. Very annoying and loud part of town. If you want some sleep before flying out of KEF stay someplace else. The staff are not helpful and could care less that guests can not get any rest. Stay far away from this Hotel Hell.

Ali was really nice and gave me a ride from the airport. He even let me checkin 2 hours early at no extra cost. The hotel room was decent for one person, but there was no shampoo or soap in the shower. Also, remember the shuttle is only one way, so there won't be a return trip to the airport.

There is no elevator, so expect to carry your bags upstairs. The rooms are functional but basically like a hostel room with a private bath. The woman working the front desk (she was there when we checked in after 8 and when we left in the morning) was very polite and helpful. The hotel did offer airport transport with taxis.

Clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds and linens. Nice location by the beach. A quiet place to rest for a few hours between flights. Airport shuttle not as advertised. Not a shuttle van, rather a car. Not ideal for families or large groups traveling to the hotel. Also, shuttle only provided one way or once per visit.

We were only there for 6 hours, so I can't leave a comprehensive review. It was just a place to rest with our three kids during a layover. The staff was very nice and waited up late for our late plane to arrive, then helped us arrange a taxi back to the airport early in the morning. Clean, simple. Just what we needed for a few hours.

Hotel was close to the airport and was very clean. We specifically picked this hotel because they offered free breakfast and free airport transport. The breakfast was great. The transport from the airport to the hotel was also great. Our only negative with this hotel was with the hotel transport back to the airport. We made arrangements with the front desk the night before. It seems that they forgot and in the end they ended up calling a taxi for us that we ended up having to pay for.

Our room was very nice, clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable! Bathroom and shower also nice and clean. Great customer service at the front desk. There was a crowd of stranded passengers and they were being helped efficiently and treated very well even with some of them visibility frustrated at their situation. Good Continental breakfast and food shuttle service to the airport. We would definitely stay there again .. Thank you!
