We went to take in a show, so convenient for my friend and I to attend as well as go casino. Was a wonderful stay

Very clean and staff very friendly. Will stay there again. Fourth time staying there. While traveling from the States to Newfoundland. Food and casino was good.

I enjoy staying at the casino hotel! Only bad part about it is getting parking spot near by the main entrance to the hotel.

Had an amazing meal and listened to some great music at the Casino restaurant. But for god sakes, do something to your parking lot for your hotel guests! So few spots, and because they're small, all the a**h***s double park!
And this happens a lot! For this reason and this reason only, I plan not to return.

The hotel itself was good but the parking lot needs some work from landscapers and garbage guys. There was overgrown bushes that affected the parking spaces and a LOT of garbage along the entirety of the curbs.

Went to Moncton for a concert with my son. The venue was literally right beside the hotel so 5 stars for that! Location was good price was reasonable but there was no bottles of water in room which I'm used to at this price point. No breakfast didn't bother us since we always miss the times. No USB ports aside from the one in the alarm clock that didn't work. So my complaints are all modern and expected amenities but that would never sway me from staying again I'd just plan better knowing these shortfalls. Close to all the best Moncton has to offer, lots of free parking and really nice staff. Super clean. Didn't get to the pool but I'm sure it was nice! Overall I'd say it's worth the trip :)

It was good but no extra blanket for the pull out and no mirror in the living room part

Hotel was average. Beds were big and comfy but bathroom was outdated and floor tiles in shower grubby and worn. Also quite a noisy hotel with lots of cars and motorbimes and general traffic noise coming from outside.

Always great place to stay when attending an event at Molson Canadian Centre
However I have never had a great experience with front desk staff on numerous check-ins

Property needs updating. Bathroom sink all cracked, bed frames missing pieces of wood, bathroom floors need repairs…. etc

The Casino Hotel is conveniently located to many things in Moncton.
I was not impressed with room, it was clean. Bed was hard, so not a good sleep. It looked like something had been splashed on the wall, then just painted quickly to try to hide it.
Also for the price i suggest they have a free breakfast.

Really close to all of the activities at Magnetic Hill. Waterpark, etc. The shower was huge but it seemed like it might have mold. It also had no place to put shampoo or conditioner. The room was huge.

The property was exceptionally clean. The rooms are quite stark. The light in the bathroom was dull.

This hotel was okay. Our room was not properly cleaned. It was a large room, but the space was poorly used. For example, the tv was not centered to a bed. There was minimal seating. The shower had no shelving for shampoo and conditioner. The staff were not very friendly. The view from the window was just a concrete parking lot.

Beautiful hotel, great pool area. Very clean and staff was very friendly. My only downside is that the mattress was much to firm for my liking.

For 300 a night the shower shouldn’t be leaking, it’s a constant drip and the king bed is as hard as a rock my back was so sore and I had the worst sleep.

I like that it is convenient but this stay wasnt the best. First the ac wouldn't work, had to call to have them fix it, then our key cards wouldnt work had to let them know, so he showed us how to pull the door so they would work, unexceptable. Then there was lights that were blown out. We didnt have enough towels and to top it off the room had a very bad smell. It was just an aweful experience for the money you pay to stay there!

Beautiful facilities, check in was easy, room spacious, very clean and had a Keurig with ceramic mugs! Walk in shower and large bathroom. Glad to have found it on our travels.

Room is spacious and clean. Parking lot is tight, we found the last spot at late 9pm, no breakfast available at property, but restaurants nearby are plenty, not a problem for travellers
