A great location to explore Berlin from, a very quiet functional hotel, comfortable & clean, a big enough room - we didn’t need to contact staff during our stay everything was as it should be - would recommend for a adult only stay hotel

Very central Hotel in Mitte with good transport links and walking distance to many things. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a courtyard room thinking it would be quieter than the main street side but there were people sat drinking until the early hours over the weekend and there was noise again from 5/6am on the Monday morning . The Main Street at the front was closed to traffic so this was probably quieter.

Good hotel but not great. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, good shower and bathroom facilities and great TV. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room but a nice cafe next door. Water provide only 1 night of our 3 night stay. No bedside lamp on 1 side of the bed. Not much in the way of food available inside but good selection of restaurants cafes and shops nearby. Easy transport.

The location is great, the place is clean, the rooms are small but the only problem I had is that there were no mini fridges in the rooms and also there were no coffee machines, I could live without coffee machines but not without a mini fridge that's a big no for me. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars only.

First of all, I would like to highlight the excellent hospitality of the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. All of them were phenomenal Second great positive is the location is very close to M-train as well as U-Bahn. Also, walking distance to Häckescher Markt and lots of shopping. The room is nice sized for 2 people, and the property is in great condition. The negatives: too loud. I got a room with windows facing Weinmeister Straße and it is extremely loud. Closing the window helps, but a light sleeper can still hear people talking on the street. There is an Urban Outfitter store which was playing loud music and unfortunately, I don't expect the hotel to have any control over what other businesses do/play in their area. Another thing I would have preferred is to have a closet. Not a big deal if you're only staying for a night or two, but for an extended stay, it's nice to tuck the luggage away. Overall, a very nice hotel with great people. I just wish there was a way to solve the noise situation.

Nice new hotel, very clean and comfortable. Room was on the smaller side but it wasn’t an issue at all. Location is great, walkable and close to public transportation. Would recommend this hotel.

Second time staying here and would recommend to anyone for any length of trip! Lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and very quiet/comfortable. Really good location, lots of boutique shops, amazing food and bars and close to public transport.

It’s located in a nice area, but not car park friendly. The property feels more like a self catering apartment then a hotel. Understaff for the weekend I spend there, so hotel bar and kitchen was closed. Housekeeping is made just on the second day and upon request only, but there is a service room where I can get yourself clean towels. Room is very small. Think the concept of saving went to far.

Great location, perfect for a weekend stay! I wish they provided conditioner in the shower though. And the bar looked great but was empty and not very inviting.

The hotel is in a great location and has a metro station just around the corner. I loved my room, it was pretty spacious and bright, as well as comfortable. The only reason that I’m not giving this hotel the best rating is the check in process, where I almost got double charged for my room, but luckily noticed the mistake on time, as well as that I didn’t get any housekeeping even though I was staying for 4 nights and followed the hotel’s instructions on how to request for it. Still, I’d recommend it for its convenient location and beautiful rooms.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a central and trendy area of Berlin. We had the most beautiful, well thought out signature room which added the feeling of luxury and Berlin culture to our experience. If I had anything to say against the hotel was the fact that the bed was extremely hard … but for a 4 night stay …I’m nitpicking!! We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family….thank you to all the amazing staff…!!

Great location, sleek room with comfortable bedding. Minimalist in design, could use more than one trash can and one more pics of furniture to accommodate two suitcases and the contents- while maintaining the modernity of the design. We checked in on Tuesday and checked out on Saturday, our room was only cleaned once. We left a sign requesting cleaning. I’m not sure why our room was not cleaned. Regardless, the staff was very nice and the location was well worth it.

It was a strange hotel while the staff/. Reception was great. The rooms seem to be cleaned every other day. It lead the towels to get a little stinky. The hotel did come in handy in a pinch and made our visit really nice. It is in a great location to see the sites we wanted to see

We order the suite room which was more expensive, The bed mattress was terrible and tuff, me & my wife couldn't sleep the all night on that bed and both started the next day with back pains, we have contact the front desk and ask to move to another room and was told the hotel is fully booked and if we want we can check out, we did so and book another hotel and after we made the pre payment to th new hotel , the front desk person who confirm to us to check out said she is sorry but its not her call to confirm it and we cant get any refund for the remaining nights, we have asked to speak urgent with the hotel manager that was not there and for 3 days we tried to reach him with no reply, only after 4 days we manage to get an email from the hotel manager saying we will not get any refund and we should leave the hotel (he didn't care that his front desk manager confirm to us to check out), I never saw such a behaviour, they just dont care about their guest and know most of them will arrive for one time and will never get back to this hotel, what a shame!
