The hotel is very nice with an exceptional view and private beach.
The team is really nice though very few of them speak English. They are trying to do their best.
The food is not at the level of a 5 stars and lot of kids shooting with parents with shorts and flipflop at the restaurant but we really enjoy our stay and many thanks to the team and Thiago who upgraded us.

We loved our stay at Carmel Charme Resort. The beach is very nice and clear, pool is excellent. We were also very pleased with the service. Everyone was very nice to us. The only downside was the restaurant. It was not at the same level as the rest of the resort (except for the breakfast, which was also very good). Even tough the resort package did not include lunch or dinner, we ended up having our meals at the resort, but wished we had other options around, as the restaurant did not live to the expectations.

This place is Amazing. Is worth the money. Things are expensive but the quality is another level. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the minute you walk in, they make you fell like a king right at home. DEFINITELY WORTH IT. DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

Fantastic property with incredible attention to detail. Excellent gym and restaurant facilities and right on the beach. Breathtaking views. We'll be back here. This place is a gem.

Great hotel, perfect location, amazing views! We had a perfect relaxing time at Carmel Charme. The only observation is the hotels restaurant, the food is good but the staff and kitchen a little bit slow.

Swarm of flies arounD the pool and eating areas remain a major disconfortHotel equipment and furniture being deterioraded. The hotel is great. Perfect to relax. Very exclusive, just a few guests even during high season. Food is good, pool and amenities are great, view is amazing.

The breakfast buffet included many local and national dishes. The restaurant for lunch and dinner had very good food and a large variety of dishes.One thing I would change would be include the option to have the stay be all inclusive for an extra cost per night / per person. Also, the area outside of the hotel is not a great neighborhood nor a big city, but hotel grounds are completely enclosed so it is safe.Overall extremely happy with my stay and I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple.

Fantastic hotel, great and hard working staff. The restaurant was also great: good wine selection, great appetizers and main courses. The lobster on the Saturday's buffet was a treat.
