Amazing stay! Very homey and hospitable, excellent location, delicious breakfast. Just recommend connecting with them via phone or WhatsApp if you plan to check in late in the evening.

Our trip encompassed six weeks of travel throughout India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. Tissa’s Inn is my favorite of all the hotel properties that we stayed in! The hotel staff is amazing, where we were truly embraced as family. They helped organize a couple of incredible excursions to see the Kerala area, and experience its rich cultural heritage. Our dining experience was off the charts fantastic! Their on staff chef, Biju, is an excellent cook who came out of the kitchen to discuss menu choices with us…tailoring our meals to suit us individually. I honestly can’t recommend this truly special hotel, and its staff highly enough!

Tissa's is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are immaculate and have antique or antique-style furnishings. Lots of nice art in the halls. The hotel has a very good and tasty restaurant and they were excellent about personally adapting things to our vegan diet. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We liked being just a short walk from the Kerala Kathakali Center where we saw wonderful kathakali and odissi dance. There were some difficulties with the internet, but we would stay at Tissa's again.

This was our first location in India and a perfect start to our vacation. We received a very warm welcome.
The Hotel is near a lot of sightseeing features and the area around gives a good view in Indian live with not that much people in the beginning. But we arrived at the Beginning of the off season in Mai.
The staff is very accommodating and the rooms are clean and quiet.
There is a rooftop pool and a in house Restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks to the team 🤗

Excellent hotel in the center of Fort Kochi. Christina and her staff are wonderful from check in and throughout. Great vibe. Rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable. Food excellent. Christina arranged massage and pedicure with her friend's salon. Loved this hotel. Highly recommend

Excellent boutique hotel with great location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable.
Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly Sanitha and Christina. They both made my trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city ,shops,restaurants are within walking distance. Sanitha sent me a car to Pick me up to the Cochin airport. She answered all the emails and reassure me not to worry as I was a female solo traveling. The breakfast was included and delicious!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Tissa's Inn highly recommended. The Hotel is situated in a great location for local attractions and tastefully decorated with antique furniture. A beautiful place to stay!
This hotel is decorated with the most beautiful pieces. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind. They can help you arrange rides, exchange money, pick out saris from their in house collection, and give you local recommendations - they really made our stay!
The breakfast was excellent with western and Indian options & enough to fill you.
Rooms were furnished nicely with strong AC and comfy beds.
You are a short distance from Jew Town (in an auto) and Vasco Square … great location.
This hotel is great for families, couples, or solo travelers! I can’t wait to return!

The staff, particularly Sanita, Christina and the head chef, were exceptionally helpful. Sanita and Christina resolved several on-ward travel requests for us and were always super pleasant. The head chef always checked on our satisfaction with the food, which was very good.

Very happy about our stay in this pleasant, little hotel - well placed in Fort Kochi.
Only comments we have is the lack of a fridge in the room, and perhaps a bigger TV.
Otherwise - splendid indeed!

The staff was very nice but I wouldn’t recommend it as it’s not good value for the money. The Internet connection didn’t work properly for both days we were there despite the numerous tries by the staff. The bathroom also wasn’t very well planned as there wasn’t a separation between the shower area and the toilet (so every time the shower was used there was water on the floor next to the toilet). If the hotel was priced around $50, I would say it was okay; but the price with taxes was around $150 per night which didn’t provide the expected quality for that money.

Our flight was 2 hours late. We arrived at 10 pm. An amazing dinner was waiting for 4 of us long after the restaurant had closed. It felt like home. So grateful to warm and hospitable staff.

Lovely boutique hotel, very comfortable with interesting artwork everywhere. Made use of the pool and adjacent spacious terrace. Enjoyed breakfast, and dinner menu looked appealing and well priced, but we ate out for the experience

Beautiful peaceful oasis in middle of Fort Koch. Lovely rooftop pool, great room with nice bathroom and good AC. The public spaces have beautiful Keralan art work.

Overpriced for the room quality. It was the little things eg no batteries in the remote for the tv, toiletries were so old the labels were missing. Hotel was ok but nothing made it special. The rooms were plain and we’ve stayed in hotels with much more character for less. Staff were really friendly.

This was comfortable hotel and the room was lovely with high quality furniture. The staff were attentive and helpful. We assumed from the hotels.com website that alcohol would be available in the hotel apart from on the first day of the month. However, this was not true. You can buy your own alcohol and drink it on the rooftop terrace but not inside the hotel. The food in the restaurant was OK but we ate at other local hotels that served better food.

Winderful on all counts. Sanita, Christina and Raphael at front desk went out of the way. Beautiful building tastely decorated with antiques. In house cook and staff amazing. Excellent location/neighborhood, short walk to beach, eateries, attractions.Simply the best on all counts.

What a cute place! They really created a gem of a place - small hotel, well maintained, staff is outstanding (seems like most work there for a long time), chef is character (will make you any dish you want), many people we met spoke highly of the place, one couple came here again after many years and ordered same dish. It’s well appointed and a lot is around. We took Tuk Tuk as we got sick over the course of the trip. But we could have walked to many spots. Noisy street but they build the place so that you cannot really heat anything. Only minus was that we did not have got water. But we needed it at a weird hour and we don’t think it is a recurring issue. Well decorated place with some antiques. Very reasonably priced for a place like this.

The staff were great when we arrived and the chef came to ask if we'd like to order. We did as it was quite late. The food in the hotel was nice enough but as it's a hotel it is expensive in comparison to local restaurants. Our room was lovely and big, bathroom is good only thing I'd say is bed is very hard so if you're used to a soft bed it takes some getting used to. The pool was great and we often had it to ourselves which was great. The staff were all lovely and very helpful and cleaners very good. One thing to grumble - we were disappointed with laundry service as it came back still wet two days later than expected. Altogether we are very happy with our stay and would recommend.
