It was a nice hotel in very nice part of Mexico city. I was felt safe.

The property was great! located near of shopping fine dinning, we stayed in high floor so the view was amazing!

property is great, the room is big , beautiful, the view from the bed was right in front of the window with great view. the area is all business, car dealerships all around, but not too far of a walk to the Santa Fe mall, lots of food options there.

When I checked-in - a large group arrived just before me. Reception staff made me aware that they are aware that I am waiting - made sure I was comfortable. All other interactions were excellent. The SHOWER was literally a RELAXING MASSAGE. The view was exceptional. The reception made sure to give me the highest floor for the class of room that I booked. Desk was amazing for work. Bed was comfortable. AWESOME!!!

The Hotel Was PERFECT!!!!!

The hotel is beautiful, centrally located, people are very nice and professional, they really try to go out of their way to help. Rooms are spacious and the view is breathtaking. The only problem is that the noise from the street is pretty loud at night, the windows are not well insulated. Sofa or roll away beds are not available, very echo friendly hotel.

Noisy. Windows are not sound proof. Very difficult to rest and sleep.

The customer service was impeccable. We had complimentary water, very clean rooms, delicious food, and the staff was kind and courteous. Anytime my mother needed something from the local store she would request the staff to purchase what she needed with an additional fee of 50 pesos. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and it is very family friendly. The Air conditioning also worked amazingly. The room was very spacious and the views of the city were amazing! 5 stars!

Price-wise, the hotel is nice enough. The staff is super friendly. The room amenities and furniture seem a little outdated.

We had to take a quick personal trip to Mexico and I booked The Paragon based on location, reviews, and price. The hotel turned out excellent. Both rooms--a king and a queen--were spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with very comfotbale beds and pillows. Hotel staff was courteous and attentive throughout. The gym was small but effective for a quick workout. The hotel restaurant was decent enough, but there were hardly any people there (seems it caters more to mid-week business people) and service could be a little slow. You can valet or self-park daily for a fee. A note for TOURISTS: The Santa Fe neighborhood is to the west of the city and note close to any attractions per se. Commuting back and forth to hotel could be a challenge (perhaps 1+ hrs to downtown w/ bad traffic). We flew into the Toluca Airport, also west of the city, and getting to the hotel was no problem once we rented a car and took the toll road. I would definitely recommend, but be aware of its location and how that could impact your plans in the city.

Pretty good. Only thing is that the AC wasnt cooling good enough during the day. Other than that pretty good.

The hotel is amazing. The receiption lady on 4/14 at 7am was amazing, super helpful and thoughtful. I believe her name started with "J", it was Janeth maybe, my apology that i didn't get to remeber her name, but she made my day. The room itself was clean and comfortable bed, the view was fantasic. I'd a cheese burger in my room, unfortunately, the cheese burder was a bit too salty and not meeting my expectations. However, overall, a great experience, i'll definitely come back again.
