I checked in to find a card on my bed asking for a tip. Bad first impression I have to say. I am not opposed to tipping but there has to be a service done. Why would you just ask for money when you literally haven’t done anything? Leave a water bottle or something at least. The room was the size of a closet and the fan/ac unit did not work. At least the front desk wasn’t bad. The girl working was nice. Silver lining right?

It is a good, safe, medium-sized hotel in an interesting neighborhood. Plus it is close to the subway. The staff are the best part of the hotel. They are polite, friendly, efficient and reliable. They work very hard for the guests. They also speak excellent English. The staff are the best feature of this hotel. Shoutouts to Rodrigo and Oliver who were so helpful and worked do hard.

The hotel is in a good area, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I have to say about the hotel is on the cleanliness of the room ,lack of small towels in the bathroom and the absence of a phone line in the room, therefore everything you need you have to go down to the front desk to ask for. But overall I do recommend this hotel to stay.

Solid basic hotel
Rooms are small but my only big complain was the showers had little water pressure and it was impossible to get the water to comfortable temperature. Water was either tap-water cold or scalding hot and mere millimeters was the difference
I was not a fan of the breakfast but my traveling companion loved it saying they had some of the best scrambled eggs he'd ever had
Otherwise, metro is nearby and we even comfortably walked all the way to the Costanera Center and back a couple of nights

It’s an Ibis! Small rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Shower was big with great shower head and plenty of water. Room was cleaned perfectly every day. Staff at front desk and restaurant were extremely helpful.

Amazing location. Staff very friendly but $3.45 for regular sized can of coke? It was so over priced to the point of being ridiculous The free breakfast was ok and can’t complain but stay away from the scrambled eggs. They were runny and raw. We got a burger, vodka and a water $32.00 USD

The hotel was located at a great location, nearby subway station and other facilities. However it looked old and lacked maintenance.

Good location near everything. Helpful staff. Unfortunately, lots of noise in neighboring rooms at night during my stay, slamming doors and people going in and out of rooms throughout the night, sketchy.

No hot water in the hotel at the arrival until next morning. No one told me that when I arrived and when I noticed it it was too late for a hotel change. (many options near).

Old towels someones has holes. İ didnt used. Cleaning was ok. Turistik personel was better speaking English then hotel workers. İ had a water pipe problem near my room. İt was like a somebody take a shower 24 hours. They solved in 3 days. Old hotel. Breakfast place is small not enough for hotel customers. Staff was not professional we were telling about the what is finished there ( like milk,juice,knife or something).also they charges 1 liter water 3500 cpl and it was 850 cpl outside.

Close to a subway station, restaurant in the hotel, good area, apartment comfortable, cable tv ok, wifi works well, shower is good, breakfast reasonable. If you want to take a Hop on Hop off tourism bus, there are no stations close to the hotel. The closest is quite a bit of a walk.

The rooms were ok but the breakfast was a bit so great as there was only one small two slice toaster and had to wait so long for my turn. Cutlery’s was always running out.

Well located. They said that they had breakfast since 4 am and I went down to have breakfast at 4:30 and there was nothing.

The hotel has everything I need for a comfortable stay. Good location. Convenient with local amenities. Near metro station. Friendly staff. Good value overall.

A budget hotel with above budget price.all ok clean reasonable service but everything from the tiny room the minimum variety at breakfast .. all Budget so expect that and you will enjoy your stay. Would I return yes but I know what to expect

Superb staff are the saving grace here. Room is very small, noise from other rooms and hallway easily heard, traffic noise heard even on 10th floor with window closed. Biggest drawback was lack of control over heating or cooling of room ... Very uncomfortable.
