Quiet and safe.

Incredicle views from the 17th floor. Beautiful interior, very clean and functional. Great location. The complimentary bottle of champagne was delicious - some complimentary chocolates were also promised but were not in the room upon arrival. The television in the bedroom would also not turn on. Friendly staff very clean and welcoming

Nothing 5 stars about this place. It is a 4 star!! and not sure how this rating is maintained and obviously no oversight by the powers that be. Grossly overpriced, rooms not being maintained properly or cleaned properly, windows filthy from the inside and remotes not working, dryer not working, no pay TV at this level. Just another Hotel that has lost it's way and happy to charge more for less like everyone else at the expense of their guests. Would definitely not stay here again

Nothing bad to say

Fraser Suites is well located with bus transport to the city and the airport. There is a supermarket in walking distance. Parks are nearby for walking. Our accommodation was a studio suite and was well appointed with cooking facilities a small dishwasher and spacious. We would have liked a couch rather than the one chair. The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in many places. The daily cleaning was very good even if they did forget to replace coffee and toilet paper several times over the week we stayed. We had a view over the river which was wonderful. Beautiful in the morning to see the rowers on the river and at night to see the lights. The front desk staff were friendly and polite at all times we spoke with any of them. We would be very happy to stay here again in the the future as the location near transport and the parks is a bonus rather than the noise of inner CBD.

Outstanding room with great view. Tv didn't work very well Didn't dine here because we didn't want to sit in the lobby but found a couple of good places nearby and could walk to.

Was a good stay, bed was comfy, room was clean. Pool, spa and sauna was cold but 😔 The worse thing was the parking, not enough parks for all the guests. We had to park in a Wilson’s for the two nights with a tiny walk, but it was cheaper than the motel.

Studio Room was spacious snd clean. Great price due to renovation which did not affect room at all. We missed having a drink at the bar this time round.

Wish there was a better cafe or bar

Great hotel and reasonably priced. Only downside was an annoying alarm of some sort that kept going off in the lobby. We stayed on the 18th floor so it was nice and quiet in our room, with views over the river. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Great place to stay in the city

The staff that work there are really kind and keen to help you with anything you need. The bedroom was astonishing. Common areas are also in a good condition. We had a great time. Thank you :)

Was clean and quiet but wouldn't stay there again.

The bedroom TV unit had finger hand marks all over the front of the glass, the glass on the table was not sitting on the table correctly, the bed sheets were not tucked in which meant the sheets were all squashed up by morning. The bed and pillows were the highlight, 10/10

I always say a smile costs nothing but it is worth a thousand dollars. When I arrived at the front desk I found the staff were very off hand. Normally I would expect the first thing they would say is “Welcome to Fraser Suites.” There were no smiles and no welcoming words or any attempt at conversation. Our stay was for two nights, when we arrived back on the second night we found the bed had not been made and the room had not been cleaned. This situation arose because we had the “Do not disturb sign on.“ The cleaning staff left a note for us to ring a number and advise when the room was available. We did this, a woman answered and said it would be actioned, but to no avail. The night staff sent up towels but we had to make the bed. Not good enough.

Easy check in, great service and friendly staff, stayed with a 2.5 year old. Provided baby cot and has equipped kitchen. No oil sauces or condiments. Might need to park on the street sometimes. Would stay again.

Fully self contained

Room was spacious, however very noisy could hear everything happening in joining rooms and in the hallway, disturbing sleep. Buffet breakfast was pretty average for price, food wasn’t very hot.

Nice and new with a great view

We have stayed at Fraser’s suites a number of times and have always enjoyed the venue for cleanliness, accessibility and very helpful and friendly staff. We would recommend staying here again. Thank you staff at Fraser’s for providing a very enjoyable weekend’s birthday celebration for my wife and I. 😊

First time staying at this Hotel. Disappointed with the housekeeping service. They dont replenish the vanity kit, coffee and Chocolate drinks even when its all used up. Had to call them a few times before they come and replenish. The most shocking item we came across in the room was the bathrobe. There was a 10cm tear on the left sleeve. I couldn't believe that no checks were done on the bathrobes when they were preparing the room for new check-in. There was also no stationery in the room. Was told at the reception that we can request for it. Is this Fraser Suites standard? I stayed there for 7 nights. 2 nights booking was with Hotel.com and another 5 nights with another booking platform.

Lack of parking was disappointing but other than that a beautiful stay!

The Room was very nice, but the service was a bit rude and the car park for the venue was full when there were plenty of empty rooms. They should prioritise for people staying.

several issues during the stay including no car parks, no food in the restaurant, didn't send receipt as asked, and wifi did not work initially.
