Great apartment with everything you need! Walkable distance away from public transportation!

Loved, loved these apartments!! Everything about this place is new, innovative and fun. Close to all famous tourist sites in the area.

My two kids and I absolutely enjoyed our little comfortable apartment at Kaiser Rafael on Antonigasse. We were merely just outside the subway and had a playground under the building. Grocery shopping was around the corner. Little kitchenette and superb nespresso machine and washer/dryer were game changers. We would love to stay again.

This clean and pleasant part is convenient to use and is also close to buses, subways, marts, and restaurants. And I was able to live comfortably without any problems with a quick response when requesting necessary matters. It was so good that I wanted to come again next time.

This property is clean, wel located and quiet. I could not have asked for anything more in my apartment. Great access to local transportation. Communication about access and use of appliances well done.

This property is truly Premium: super sized rooms, modern and cleaned, well equipped with almost everything you need to make you feel as if staying at home away from home. Great kitchen with well laid out dining table which makes it a good work station and dining areas. Just a few minutes walk to train station. Walking distance to great restaurants, supermarkets and parking garage. We basically left our car in the garage and took the public transport for sight seeing which works out great. Would love to be back here in this hotel.

We were on a 18 day tour of Europe and stayed in 6 different hotels and rentals. The Rafael Kaiser apartment was the best run and most comfortable stay! Clean and attractively decorated. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Thank you!

This is a great, spacious appartment, exceptionally clean, well organized and maintained. Kudos to the management and staff. Directions very detailed and clear, everything that was needed was in its logical place. Very nice looking combination of modern amenities and old style architecture.

When we first arrived at the property, the contactless check-in was very convenient. They use a traditional metal key as opposed to a key card and that is also what you use to open the door to the building and activate the elevator. The elevator took some time getting used to, but after the second try, it was really easy to operate. Also, if you want to keep the door to the unit locked, you have to manually lock it with the key. If a portion of your party wants to stay behind and keep the apartment locked, you would literally have to lock them in the apartment while the other party leaves. This probably wouldn't do so well in an emergency. The unit itself felt very homey since these are actually apartment units. Don't come in expecting it to feel like a hotel room. It's very spacious and it came with an in-unit washer/dryer as well as a kitchen. As far as cleanliness goes, our only issue was with the sheets for the pull-out bed in the living room. When we pulled out the bed, the sheets on the mattress were not clean. We were told to grab fresh clean sheets from the fourth floor, however those sheets were slightly smaller than the mattress, leaving a portion of it exposed. There was an issue with the payment and I was accidentally charged twice for my booking. When this happens, contact Rafael Kaiser immediately and they will do their absolute best to fix it. I was in touch with Olena and she was an absolute delight. The staff is definitely friendly and helpful

I highly recommend it, big apartment and has everything, there is Indian restaurant 1 minute away and turkich also.

Not many shops around the building but there are lots of Turkish restaurants in walking distance.

We loved our stay in Rafael Apartments. The place has everything you need, close to a metro station m, and walking distance to some attractions. We would definitely come back to Vienna and repeat stay with them.

Worst sofa ever,minuscule toilet without heating!

The apartment was great. There are nearby train and tram station. Its in a quiet neighbourhood, there’s a police station around the corner of the building so I feel safe all the time.

The property was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed on hand for our stay including shampoo, soap, paper products and cleaning supplies. There was a Billa grocery three minutes walk away which was open on Christmas Eve for us to stock up on food. It was easy to walk to restaurants and close to the S Bahn although we Ubered most places we wanted to go for around 10 Euros. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful with changing the temperature in the unit and with helping with the laundry facilities. I highly recommend!!

very nice apartment. it would be nice if there were instructions in English for washer, stove and ac/heat. for the price it is a nice comfortable unit to come back to each evening. not a walking area though. we used Ubers to get back and forth. would stay here again

Musty building in stairs and foyers but apt was clean.

In general everything was good and comfortable. Just a few slight things that happen sometimes with all apartments. The location is good and safe (police department is near by). You can walk to the center and there is no high need to use the transport. Our family of four felt very comfortable due a lot of space. The apartments are big enough and renovated not so long ago, what was a pleasant surprise ;)

It was an amazing stay at the Rafel Kaiser Apartment. The train station is so close with easy access going to the city center. The apartments were clean and with kitchen wares available. We plan to stay their again when we come back in 2021.

The apartment was excellent. It is fully equipped and perfect for a stay in Vienna. Very close to the metro line and close to restaurants and grocery stores.

A beautiful, spacious studio apartment with great transport links into central Vienna, at least 2 grocery stores very near by, well equipped and very comfortable. The air conditioning was very much appreciated during the heatwave. Would 100% stay here again and will be recommending it to others.

Quite, calm and nice apartment. Very clean well decorated and equiped will all the necessary. Nespresso machine was there with the cups ready to treat our selves with a nice cup of coffee. A lot of space (only the wc was tiny) well located In a safe area with good transpostation. I will stay again next time In Vienna. Ap. 12 Valley.

First I liked the fact that it was very easy to get the keys, they sent me a code to open a box in front of the building and that's it. The building was easy to find, you could see a sign in front. The location was great, a 2min walk from a metro station. And the apartment itself was very clean, nice and cosy with air conditioning! There was everything we needed, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher and a laundry room, all those things at no extra cost. It was very pleasant to see that even the detergent was free. I really didn't find anything negative to say. This was a perfect experience for us.

Wonderful stay in every aspect!

Door handle to toilet broken, never saw the cleaners except the day after we arrived! Could not get a clean T Towel , only one was given for whole 10 days!!!Only four mugs, two broke, handles fell off, luckily with no hot drink in them. No small cutting knives, scissors ✂️, poorly equipped. Bedrooms lovely, comfortable beds, bathroom clean....

The transport to Graben is simple despite not being in the city centre, the apartment is spacious with ample sunlight. There are cooking utensils for cooking your own meal. To nitpick, the toilet is the German style toilet with an examination plate, and the feces is exposed to air which create a horrid smell, luckily, the air ventilation do a good enough job so none of the smell would leak into the house.

Loved the clothes washer and the amazing communication from our host!

Wonderful apartment. Very spacious and clean with all amenities. Very close to the local train station which made getting into and out of Vienna very easy. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Our stay was great, everything was more than expectations. Rafael kaiser is actually has more value than money spent, we highly recommend the property to the travelers.

Very nice apartment. A few minor issues during our stay, but resolved quickly. It was nice to have the extra room this studio apartment provided. Large bathroom and even a walk-in closet. Loved having the kitchen and access to a washer and dryer since we were in Europe for 2 weeks. Beds were hard, but not unlike every place we stayed in Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Seems to be the norm. Only a 5 minute walk to the U6 and close to a Hofer and Billa.

This was great for two couples traveling together. Ample space, tasteful decorations. We were even able to cook our meals in the fairly well equipped kitchen. Check-in was perfectly fine with the little key box. It is a little out of the city centre, which was great because there were no tourist crowds around. Tram and train services are very close by (2-3 minute walk) and frequent.
