Hotel was clean with nice bar and restaurant. Burger from restaurant was delicious. Would stay again.

Carpet was dirty and floor tiles broken. I stay at the Holiday Inn Express when I travel. This has been the worst.

Upon arrival, found the front desk unattended. Key system down. Long story short - wont be back and cannot recommend. Bathroom SMELLED awful. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Just YUCK.

Room key maker was not working so every time you go into the room you have to have someone go with you, my initial room air conditioning did not work

Started check in to find out the electronic key card machine was broken, so the one attendant had to walk everyone to their room to unlock their doors. There had been a huge mess in the lobby, so floors were sticky. Backup at the elevator. It really was a bit of a mess, but the attendant was sweet and kept her cool even when we didn’t get the room we needed and she had to bring us a roll away bed. Overall, we got a clean enough room and some sleep - although the AC never did quite cool the room down to what we wanted.

This was a one night in a mini road trip and it was perfect. Our party had dinner and cocktails pub area, then to the pool for a dip befor a comfortable night sleep.

Very nice stay after a long day on the road... The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice! The food was good... hot tub was nice after a day in the car!

The staff was great. After checking in we went to our room and looked up the hotel restaurant menu and decided to go to the restaurant and have a steak dinner. Upon arriving the waitress/bar tender advised their system was down and could not accept credit/debit cards we agreed we would pay in cash. I ordered a Bloody Mary and was advised they were out of the mix, I asked about the steak dinner in the website menu and was told they no longer had that item and was sorry the website was out of date. We finished our drinks and went elsewhere for dinner. So, the hotel itself was satisfactory and the staff was great our overall impression is that there is room for improvements

1) This Holiday Inn is NOT biker friendly. For this reason alone, I am no longer a rewards member and will not be staying at any Holiday Inn ever again.
2) I have never had to pay $15 per person for a breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express. They should have to eat what they serve. It was disgusting. We left and went to McDonald’s.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Booked this hotel because they advertised they were the only hotel with a bar. Apparently having an open bar was not important. We were there 3 nights and they served beer and wine one night for a couple of hours. It was not open again the rest of our stay.

Please it is old. In addition staff is very rude. We had the music spiker close to our room and could not sleep. After complaining staff did nothing. They said that music was programmed.

Reasonable cost, good location though a but far to walk to main street, confortable room. Free parking. Good one night stay.

My son liked the little alien in the lobby. Hotel was clean and in a great location. We were able to get everywhere we were going in minutes. Front desk clerk was very friendly with everyone and patient with the people in front of us that were giving him a tough time. He was there the next day and asked us how our stay was and if we needed any directions.

Devon was great! we had an issue with the booking with expedia and lost our room and he made sure he reserved us one while i got it straightened out with expedia. If not, by the time i got there, there were no rooms left

It was kind of a hassle to have to use the stairs to the third floor because the elevator was out of service. We had a lot of valuable luggage we couldn’t leave in our vehicle. Hauling it up and down the stairs wasn’t very convenient at 11:30 pm.

The elevator was out of order. Had to carry out suitcases up to 3rd floor. Complimentary breakfast did not look appealing so did not eat. Toilet in room ran all night long.

Elevators were broken so we had to use stairs but stairs access is from outside the building and I was a cold days also to get to the pool you had to go outside and then get in to the pool what a scam people very disappointed and on breakfast time they run out of food never staying again in this hotel and it was not cheap

Waited 25 minutes for someone to just check us in. Bartender had to try and get someone numerous times to no avail. Refrigerator in room does not work. Paid for breakfast and they were completely out of food by 8:30 am.

The pillow sheets were dirty I called twice to have them changed and no one did also the elevators were broken all weekend.
