Condition is average for the price. Not very clean as all cups are stained and kitchen areas are sticky. Because I check in as one person staying the hotel management locked the other bedroom and I was only allowed to sleep in room right next to the door. Banging noises were heard three times from 11pm onwards. I ended up checking out early as I just couldn’t sleep.

Dirty sheets left in stairwell. Lighting could have been better in walkways through the garden and the stairwells . I wouldn’t like to be moving through the garden late at night by myself. I was leaving on a late night flight and was glad my partner was there with me. I couldn’t fault the airport transfer. Staff were very approachable and helpful

Conveniently located between the city and the hills, this property was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the airport. With full
kitchen, laundry facilities and free parking it is an attractive option compared to a standard hotel room for the same price. Aside from a very dusty air vent in the laundry and a rogue water bottle under the bed, the apartment was otherwise tidy.
We were disappointed that study room advertised on the Hotels.com website for the 1 bedroom apartment was locked on arrival and required an upgrade to access (perhaps don’t include this room in the photos). However even without this room there was ample space for a couple. Reception staff were very helpful and polite. We would stay there again.

All of the people we dealt with at the property were great - helpful. The layout of the 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom accommodation was fine. We needed to ask for a few more bowls and utensils. The original room we got needed better cleaning in areas and had a spider infestation along with some cockroaches. They ended up moving us to another room which was great - clean and no bug issues. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to get anywhere in the area due to closeness to highways

No Smoking room?? - Well there's been plenty that have!! Room absolutely stunk of "covered up" stale tobacco smoke. it reeked.
Wind noise - front/back doors did not seal and breeze/wind whistled and howled through - the entire stay. Lack of any wall or other furnishings had lounge/dining/kitchen as an echo chamber.

The airport shuttle from and to the airport is not free if you book through a 3rd party website, such as expedia. We didn't realise this and were not informed of the charges at check-in or check-out, so were surprised by the extra fee showing up on our credit card.
Their website states free shuttle and they don't reveal the 3rd party caveat until after you book.
