Perfectly located near the train station. The Hop On Hop Off Bus also has a stop right outside the Hotel, which we used a lot, to get around town. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and well equipped with everything we needed. Check in was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Quite and right in the centre

This is a fantastic hotel. We used the self check-in and it worked flawlessly. It is conveniently located near the main train station in Berlin, so access to the entire city and country is very easy from here. It was a 10 minute walk to the Reichstag and just a few minutes more to Brandenburg Gate and the heart of Berlin. The room was very comfortable, clean and felt like it may have been recently remodeled. Zero complaints, great value for the price and would absolutely stay again!

Cleanliness in room disappointing on arrival. Room size excellent wardrobe/cupboard space excellent. Bathroom also good size. Unable to use the bar as too expensive, overall found hotel not good value for money.

This hotel is very well kept, safe area, right next to the Berlin HBF so easy access to major trains. The rooms are clean, and stunning, the cocktails at the bar are phenomenal. The room is pretty though it does have see through glass in the bathroom area plus a window when walking by that you directly can see someone showering so if that’s a concern don’t book here. But amazing overall

Well located next to Berlin Hbf and a short walk to the Bundestag. Great amenities, lovely buffet breakfast all in a modern, well designed hotel. Did not get a chance to check out the gym or spa in my short stay. All in all, fantastic

A great position if you are arriving in Berlin by train. A 2 minute walk from the station to the hotel and about 10 minutes easy walk to The Brandenburg Gate, you can easily walk to most sights if it is dry and you are used to walking for long periods of time, but if not the hop on hop off bus would be a great alternative. We did use Uber too, which was incredibly easy and cheap! The hotel staff are super friendly, really helpful. There is a gym and a TEXTILE FREE sauna/steam area. We had a night train to Amsterdam which meant we checked out 11 hours before our train was due to depart. We were able to leave our luggage for the day to continue sightseeing, use the gym, shower and rest in the hotel lobby before our train. All in all a nice hotel, reasonably priced, good facilities and very helpful staff… would definitely recommend. We didn’t eat in the hotel, there are lots of options in the train station for a quick breakfast - Pret/Costa etc

Check in was really good and room was in excellent condition. Location was perfect as the main train station was a two minute walk away.

My room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient - just a few yards away from the hauptbahnhof. The breakfast was excellent with exceptional choice and omlettes cooked to order. My only disappointment is I found the dinner menu quite limited. However there is a large traditional German restaurant - Zollpackhof - a short walk away.

I didn’t like the fact that no one was able to provide a receipt for my breakfast

Very nice and modern hotel next to the main train station. Roomy and quiet. Highly recommended.

Never again!! Very bad service. I had to call the reception 4 times and talked to them face to face as well to get iron I asked for it and waited 7 hours to get it. 7 hours to send an iron!!!!! I have received the iron around midnight!!!!

Friendly and nice staffs.

The hotel was nice but unfortunately not the best experience. Our room key stopped working in the middle of our stay and it took the hotel 2 hours to resolve the issue, so we missed out on 2 hours of our trip. The worst thing however was they double charged my credit card, when they guaranteed us that we would not be charged twice since we gave our credit card at the beginning and at the end of our stay. I am still in the process of trying to obtain a refund from the hotel, but given the headache this has caused for a fairly avoidable issue, I wouldn’t recommend staying here again.

Would be nice if there was more ability to change the climate in the room.

Great hotel modern and clean. Super spacious rooms and right next to the Berlin Main train station. Many turist sites close by. Safe area and close to a Super Fan zone for the soccer games !! Great experience over all! Nice bar. Didn’t try the breakfast.
