Everything about these apartments are perfect, clean and a sea view

One of the nicest apartments I have ever stayed in.....spotlessly clean, beautiful decor. Located on the beach and a five minute walk from shops, restaurants, train station.

Location was good.

Room and building were not maintained well.

The location was perfect for us. Close to an excellent selection of restaurants. The beautiful beach literally just across the road.

Initially we were not happy with our room. However when we spoke to the host the sorted out our issues and upgraded our room. They were very helpful Would have liked to have sunbeds round the pool rather than having to lie on the grass

constantly noisy as next to tennis/paddle courts which people play early and until midnight. No air con. would be a small apartment for 4 adults

The location of the apartment building is great: very convenient to the boardwalk (the Paseo Maritimo), to restaurants, beaches, shops, public transit. I really enjoyed staying in Los Boliches, a little away from the Fuengirola city centre, but close enough to walk there or take the train or bus. The apartment has a fairly good sea view from the 7th floor balcony. It is clean; the walls have been painted a pleasant neutral colour, and it has updated furniture and a comfortable bed.

The shower head was cheap and totally useless; couldn't be angled, squirted really high. I ended up using it as a hand held shower. The kitchen and bathroom need updating to open up the space. The tables in dining room and balcony are tiny, wouldn't work for 4 persons. I didn't like that I did not receive photos of the ACTUAL apartment I had rented. Instead, I was sent generic photos of the apartments available through Club Maritimo - this practice needs to be changed, as it is a renter's right to see the exact apartment that has been paid for.

This was our third stay, the apartment is clean, fully equipped in a great location with sea views, we’ll definitely stay again!

Close to restaurants, nice to walk on the Paseo Maritim. Parring included.

property was a bit tired, could have benefited from some form of heating in the living room. we were cold.

The elevators to get to 12th floor were very slow

We were on the 9th floor

toaster only worked on one side . plug in bathroom sink when pressed down wouldn’t come back up.t v remote wouldn’t Switch the TV on . washing machine didn’t work.

The best sea views ever.

There is a stench coming from the kitchen probably the sewage of kitchen sink.

The location to the promenade was great

First of all it is not a superior sea view when your room is the last one on that floor. The beds are very poor quality, that actually move if you turn over in bed, the mattresses are well past their best I was trying to sleep in a hollow in the middle and spent most of the week on the fold out bed. There was no new bed linen or towels the whole week, blaming COVID which is ridiculous these days.
