Comfortable with easy access to restaurants and shops. Train station is also just next door. Very convenient. Parking is available underground and access to elevators are secured with key cards.

Apartment is very clean. Beds are very comfortable . Easy access to eateries and restaurants as it is just across the road where the apartment is, shopping at the Glen is five minutes away from the apartment. Train station to city is just downstairs behind the building. We had a wonderful stay here

Good location, near The Glen, so very convenient. A bit tricky trying to get the key because of the roadworks around the building. Luckily the manager is helpful on the phone. Price was very competitive.

My family live in Glen Waverley, so we staying here is very convenient.
The Glen shopping center, Metro station, bus station & some restaurants are very close with hotel.
The hotel facilities are also very good and clean, but there are not enough Body Wash and toilet paper (I stayed 9 nights). Also, I can’t access the Wi-Fi.
Anyway, I will stay here again.

We were very happy with the accommodation in the 1 bedroom apartment and will stay again at some stage in the future.

Property was very clean and well-maintained. It would be helpful to have an extra set of keys provided when the occupants are more than a couple, as we were, as we left and returned to the property at different times.
Being close to the train station and shopping mall was very convenient. Complementary parking also was a big plus for us. We are repeat guests and will use these apartments again. Thank you for a well-managed stay.

Exactly as advertised. Arrival and entry is a bit involved but if you follow the instructions it's very clear. Nice and clean and despite being next to the station I didn't notice any train noise.

Great location near all the local restaurants. Plenty of room to move and was easy to get in and about.
Was on the 10th floor which was good as end of railway below, which stops at night. Only occasionally does one decide to try out his horn early in morning. Very comfortable.

Great studio, clean, quiet and fairly modern. Kitchen fully equipped and clean and working washer and dryer to stay on top of washing during trip.

we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. it was spacious and very well appointed. great views of the Dandenongs from the 7th floor. situated in a very vibrant neighbourhood with multiple dining options. 2 minute walk to the train station and a few minutes to The Glen.
Unfortunately for us it was extremely windy the day we checked in. the wind caused a loud high pitched whistling noise within our apartment. we were unable to tolerate this noise. reception was not manned and as we were very distressed we went home.
on a normal day this would be a great place to stay, especially for a few days or more.

Basic but clean & well equipped apartment in convenient location. Couple of small issues, like a broken light switch, stains in carpet etc so probably due for some general maintenance. Also the balcony/ windows face west and their is only 1 very small split system so the apartment really heats up in the afternoon during summer. Overall though a great budget option for affordable and practical accommodation.

Had great experience the first time 6 months ago. This time around was confirmed I can check in at 12pm the day before, was told on best effort only on arrival, attitude of the lady wasn't great, kept talking on phone. This room is facing west, extremely hot, and there is only a single layer blind which huge amount of heat penetrates through. First time around was east facing, was great, the guy at check in was very helpful as well. Great to have a place to park without additional cost. Apartment is clean. The Glen within walking distance, plenty of nice eateries nearby.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Location was great, right in the hear of Glen Waverley shopping precinct and above the train station.
Communication on how to check in was first class as well.

Was only here one night, but loved it. The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff who gave clear instructions on how to check in late, when the reception had closed. Comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to some great restaurants around Glen Waverley.

Very nice location, train station just next door. Plenty of shops and food available in the area. The guy helping is with check in (public holiday) is great. Free parking is a plus. Comms side, received confusing "standard email" which talks about 3 bedroom apartments located elsewhere when we booked 1 bedroom apartment. Should have received code to collect key but we didn't. Overall experience is great. Price is great too. Comes with small kitchen (gas stove, full size fridge, microwave oven, washing machine dryer, balcony etc.
