Stayed here because of the reviews. Wasn't overly clean and fair to say disappointed. We stayed in the 2 bedroom residence but maybe the bungalows and villas were better. Pool areas were nice to be fair.

The staff is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The most friendly people. This was my first trip to an asian country, they helped me rent a scooter and then a car when I found out driving a scooter is terrifying. Any questions we had they helped us out as soon as possible to the best of their knowledge. Incredibly professional. Rooms are huge, there’s multiple pools for use on the property, the beach is literally right there, about a 15 second walk from the restaurant. Great of all ages, families with kids, teens and young adults, and retirees. Highly recommended this place!

Our villa was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The private pool was really nice and a quick swim was a great way to end the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. We really enjoyed our time there and would return.

Staff was super helpful. Understaffed in night and all requests cannot be fulfilled. Quality of bedding and towels not up to par with 4 star hotel

We had a beach front villa it was absolutely stunning we loved our stay. Will definitely be back for a visit

Property is a little old although its kept up. The food got old quick and the music in the bar / restaurant was horrible and on repeat. Unfortunately, the beach here is bad. There's basically no beach and this property doesn't really have a beach. The pool was fun for my kids and the villa was large and comfortable albeit a bit odd. One annoying thing was the tour we took through the hotel where our guide took us to his village and sold us some stuff which ended up costing us time for the things we really wanted to do on the tour, and didn't get to experience. That tour guide that works for the hotel took advantage of us and it wasn't appreciated.

We had a lovely time at Bayshore (3 nights) the food was lovely, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. We had pedicures in the spa, which were lovely. The hotel picked us up from the airport and arranged a tour of the area which again was great. There wasn’t much to do within walking distance. But the hotel was perfect for relaxing.

By the photos the property looks excellent. I'm sure we will love it when we are finally there hoping next year😁

Right on the sea, the hotel was just outside the main part of CandiDasa. There were some nice restaurants close by, and a couple of little local shops but not much else. It was not far into the town as such, but the busy road and lack of a decent pavement, made the walk difficult for us, especially in the heat. The hotel was very nice, the gardens and pool were lovely. Our Villa was in a great position right by the infinity pool, overlooking the sea. It was a bit tired. There was a very comfortable sofa which was great after weeks of sitting on hard chairs, but it needs new covers. The bed was fine, and the TV worked. The outdoor shower room was attractive, with a well lit mirror and power point for a hairdryer, although it was a bit worn in places. The room badly needed some easy to access power points, for charging and the kettle, but it was fine. Breakfast was very good, and the restaurant food also. The service from everyone was delightful, and they all spoke excellent English, which was very impressive. We had a couple of spa treatments, which were good and reasonably priced, however the spa needs attention, everything was a bit tatty and worn. There is a small courtyard garden that you sit opposite to have a pedicure that could be spruced up in a few hours, which would give the clients something pretty to look at rather than the back of a building and air conditioning unit!

The ocean view was amazing. Loved how this hotel has water dispensers in the rooms. The spa girls are excellent, hot stone massage highly recommended it was outstanding.

Property was overall pretty good, the only issue Was that one of the bathrooms smelt so bad that you could not use it.

Came to Bayshore with a group of friends to celebrate a mate's 50th birthday. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Location is beautiful and the resort itself is immaculate. I stayed in Villa # 2 which overlooks the ocean and has a magic infinity pool out front. The restaurant served wonderful meals and the daily breakfast was delicious. The birthday dinner arranged by Bayshore was unforgettable. No detail was missed. Fantastic food. Amazing entertainment (fire dancers and performance and fireworks) and the service was brilliant. I highly recommended this place for its event management capabilities. Finally, a great massage at the onsite spa topped off my Bayshore experience. Thanks to everyone at Bayshore. Hope to see you all again very soon.

Absolutely loved this place, very clean, great amenities, exceptional service from all employees - they were all super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Amazing in-house restaurant and after eating at some other lovely places just up the road, on the last few days I ordered my 3 meals each day from the in-house restaurant as the food was just so good. The owner is an Aussie and a very down to earth great guy who was happy to come and sit with us and chat and give us tips and info on great places in the area to visit. The only small downside would be the beach the resort backs on to. The sand is the black volcanic sand and has a lot of rocks & shells. It wouldn’t be somewhere to sit or swim at. This didn’t bother me as the resort with its many pools and beautiful surrounds made you want to spend all you time there. Will definitely be back!!

Property all up was beautiful only complaint was the shower. I burnt my self a couple of time and water pressure was terrible

Travelling with my mum and sister, we shared a 2 bed apartment with a private pool. Very spacious and comfortable. Staff were wonderful, always smiling and helpful. Food was delicious. The main pool and bar area was great. Lots of good people to converse with and fun to be had, but privacy available if required. Plenty of things to walk to outside of Resort if you feel the need. Arranged tours and very safe drivers. Host Brad was lovely to chat with. We did have issues with wifi a little but that did not detract from our stay (although slightly worried about the friend who was coming to fix, I hope they find him! Hehe). Had a fantastic time and hopefully will come back soon. Thank you for a lovely time.

Beautiful resort away from the hussle and bussle. Beautiful views, close to everything, two fantastic pools, great food, enormous villa with everything you could need. Friendly and obliging staff who organised everything for us including transport (hassle free airport pick-up and white water rafting on the way back to Kuta) and a wonderful day on their own boat to Blue Lagoon for snorkeling and a lovely secluded beach for lunch and relaxing. Enjoyed massages and other treatments in the beautiful day spa. We only booked for two nights but stayed for three because we enjoyed it so much. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to relax.

Fabulous 5 nights in Villa 1, oceanfront with spectacular views. Loved the outdoor bathroom and pool on our doorstep. Delicious food and excellent service from all staff that could not be faulted. Great place to unwind and relax, very peaceful. Visited White Sand Beach (aka Virgin Beach) twice which was 15 mins drive and is a must do. Would highly recommend Bayshore Villas and hope to return.

This was our second trip to Bali. Since we enjoyed this resort so much last year, we picked it again. They still have the best service, food, clean rooms, and hospitality that we've ever had.

Lovely accommodation though some maintenance needed. Would have liked bigger more luxurious towels and also some mugs in the kitchen. Weren’t keen on seeing dogs in the dining room though I understand one belongs to the owner.

Bayshore was an amazing small intimate cluster of villas and apartments. Friendly staff, Brad the owner can't do enough to make sure you are looked after. They were under refurbishment when we were there but the finish project will make this a location I would travel to again. They really look after you, little things that makes a difference... like leaving a packed breakfast in your fridge if you are planning to miss breakfast due to excursions.. leaving early for the airport. Breakfast is included but not buffet you could order from a long list of items, dinner in the restaurant was also tasty and recommended. Loved it and the wonderful staff and service they provided.

The accomodation is fabulous. Apartments are spacious and decor beautiful

Beautiful fit out of the rooms, private pool was amazing. Unfortunately there was construction going on at the main pool the whole 5 days we were there, would have been nice to know prior and we would have stayed for a shorter time. No useable beach and the creek / sewer outlet right next to property a let down considering how nice the place is otherwise.

Great location, nice swimming pools, Breakfast was delish,staff were great, only down side was WiFi was almost none existent in our apartment residence. Loved the private pool in our apartment over all, we would stay again.

Loved this place. Large rooms. Spa and pool were nice. Beach was full of rubbish though. A few minutes spent cleaning it everyday would make it more appealing.

Great place to stay in CandiDasa. Pool was magnificent, food was good too. By the sea, but no beach for swimming, however this does not distract from the beauty of this place. Nice manicured garden with good feel. You cant go wrong here.

The yard and pool area is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn't feel the same about our bungalow. There were massive spider webs hanging from the grass roof. The outdoor bathroom was made of rough stone and therefor not able to be cleaned and smelt very musty. We had to request for our room to be cleaned, as one day it was just left.

Beautiful location Owner Manager very obliging. Villa was excellent. Very clean and good location views over the ocean pool excellent staff very helpfull and meals and beverages at restaurant very reasonable and no need to dine away from the hotel. Mini bar in villa well stocked and again very reasonable prices. Breakfast was good cooked for you and brought to your table. Gardens beautful and well manicured. Overall could not fault this hotel.
