The hotel needs work for sure. there was unfinished drywall/paint on my bathroom wall. Faucets in the shower leaked. mattress felt hard and older. I constantly had to get my room key re-programmed. Staff doesn't smile or say anything much at all. Furniture is basic and cheap. No hair dryer in my bathroom, i had to ask for one. the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. I won't stay there again.

I recommend Country Inn. Very clean, staff was amazing and friendly. Lobby was clean and smelled good. Alao i think they are remodeling their rooms which is amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel room looks very old. The chair is broken, the carpet is old and not clean. The breakfast is horrible. They are not willing to refill as well. Please avoid this hotel. It's not worth the money. I don't know how the overall rating is good.

The staff (Kim and Pavan) were amazing! They were very welcoming, professional and helpful. The property was nice, clean and centrally located to stores and restaurants. And the breakfast there was good. I enjoyed my stay there and I will return when I’m back in the area.

The area around the hotel has a lot options for dining , shopping and entertainment. It is off of IH10 and easy to get to . The breakfast was okay , typical eggs , potatoes and sausage as well as waffles . I noticed a sign on the door leading to pool , it stated - closed for cleaning. I asked the front desk the next day , was told it is out of service due to maintenance.

The one staff member at the desk when we arrived was very nice and helpful. The room was missing items and not clean.We had to ask for pillows and soap. Definitely need to upgrade and get new carpet because the current carpet was stained everywhere.

They rented our room before we got there at 5:00pm. The check in was a nightmare after driving 13 hours and tired. They did help locate us a room at another hotel.

The bed is clean, and the AC works. It's quiet, but the room is dirty. I see pubic hair on the bathroom walls. The doors and tiles in the bathroom are smashed. I don't think they wipe the walls or the table because the small table is sticky. I think they make the bed and put towels in the room, and that's it. Even the rugs are a bit dirty. And there's like a blue bubble gum in the ceiling. Staffs are okay. We did not try the breakfast. We stayed there for two nights. Will not come back. Parking in front of hotel gets full. We have to park on the other side of the hotel. But I think the parking lot is open for everybody.

The lady at checkout April 16th 8am was very rude. She refused to give a receipt; I explained that when the reservation is made with "pay at the property" the hotel has to issue the receipt or invoiced; she refused it and I had to leave without a receipt. She insisted that Expedia would give me the receipt. it has never been like that when the Pay at the Property is selected.
She even pointed that I was yelling at her, when I was just trying to explain. I decided to keep my mouth shot and left without receipt.

I arrived to the hotel 15 minutes before check in after an exhausting drive and I was told that none of the rooms were available and to wait in my car until check in. I returned back in at 3 and I was given a room at the top floor in the corner. The shower had what appeared to be mold and built up residue inside. The ironing board was broken and the pillows were very flat. The parking was tight and after finding a spot I returned to my car full of grass and leaves as if the grass was cut then blown upon my freshly washed white car. Check out was easy but the staff was not friendly and didn’t even ask about my experience. I definitely should have spoken to a manager I usually don’t complain however I was very unhappy with this place.

The area is close to Katy Mills Mall and Dennys restaurant. Close to freeway.
