I stayed in Puro Poznan many times before and this was the first time when I was unpleasantly surprised with their customer service. I have the Platinum Status with Expedia/ Gold with hotels.com which comes with a few perks. One of them is a free room upgrade if/when possible. I get this perk 99% time of my stays in all of the hotels. This time I spoke to 2 people at the reception and they said that this perk is unavailable. I checked online before arriving and they had over 7 rooms available that they could upgrade me to and I also arrived after 6pm so quite late, so their explanation that the rooms may still sell was not that great. I had a room upgraded with less rooms available so I think this was just a bad training or bad customer service skills. Everything else was great as usual, but this just leaves me disappointed as the Status should be honoured.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff

Easy access from train station. Take 27 tram that departs across street from station and ride about 10 minutes. Then a short walk to hotel. Hotel is very clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Typical European double glazed windows do quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Old Town is a short walk. A very convenient location. I would stay here again.

Very stylish hotel, located centrally to square and centre of city. Foyer is a beautiful space both relaxing and suitable if working. The only small negative of the Puro is that the rooms are small and as we were on a long trip we had good sized suitcases and there is no allocated space for them so that were on floor and we were tripping over them- but do not be put off by this if you were thinking of the Puro- we loved this hotel!!

Nice, clean, modern hotel located in the heart of poznan with walking distance to all necessary attractions. Room was clean and offering complimentary drinks. The staff was very helpful. The hotel offers bike rentals as well. Will definitely come back!

Dogs are welcome in the hotel but they shouldnt be allowed to be alone. It resulted in 3 out of 4 night being a dog/dogs barkning in the morning, and a lot in the evening and after midnight. Also, trying to catch up the sleep during the day or evening didn't really work since the dogs were barkning then too. This is the first time I experience this issue for so many days in any hotel I have visited in the world. It wasn't a street dog, it was dogs belonging to guests. So for this reason I would choose another hotel next time since it affected my sleep way more than it should. The hotel was clean and had a nice lobby area. Everything looks fresh and the shower is perfect. Reception staff was mostly polite, one person wasnt helpful at all when asking a question and was quite rude. The staff I found very lovely was the 2 girls with popping hair colors, very helpful and kind. The hotel sent an email the day before Arrival (when it's too late to cancel) that there would be a wedding taking place which would affect room service and the use of restaurant and some areas in the hotel. I mean, come on, the wedding can't have been a surprise. So I do prefer a hotel being honest, and not as a last minute thing.

Awesome hotel in wonderful location just off the old town square. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and our room (a suite) was lovely. We also got a little food at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. Would stay here again and recommend!
