The staff were completely unhelpful. The rooms didn’t have anything including water, a kettle. The safe was broken. The food was overpriced and not very good quality.

It's "fine" for an airport hotel. It appears that rooms have not been updated for years, a bit "rough around the edges," but it is located at that airport, which is very convenient, since the airport is a bit of a distance from the main city and traffic can be heavy. Restaurant was not very good, service was not good. Language barrier was harder than expected for an airport location.

(+) Quick checking. Lean room. Airport transfer bus. (-) High humidity in the room. Noisy AC of the 80‘s. Breakfast was expected to be better, but the view if moldy musli ruined any good impression of breakfast.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Free hotel shuttle to airport was convenient.

The hotel is really close to the airport and the shuttle offered is great and convenient. Staff is friendly and courteous.

This is our go to hotel when flying into or out of Panama. Closest hotel to the airport, which is very convenient whether renting a car or catching a shuttle. Nice pool. Great gym. Good food. Strong WiFi and great work space.

The drinking glasses in my room were dirty. I told the person at the front desk and they didn’t seem concerned.

Property charge us twice but then rectified it in the evening. Was a bit annoyed that after showing the double charge they didn’t say they would look into it.

Friendly enough at reception and check-in but no explanation of where the lifts and dining areas were located. Two towels in the room despite us being a family of four who booked a family room and checked in. Called reception desk from the room to request two more towels and was promised they would be brought up but towels never arrived. Terrible food for dinner - little black flies hovering over the salad bar. My daughter ordered spaghetti bolognaise but found it inedible especially after finding a long hair in her 3rd mouthful. No waiting staff came to check on us during the meal despite the restaurant being quiet that evening. I explained when our plates were finally cleared, the manager was sent over but I was still charged full price for that meal and not offered anything or even an apology. No shampoo in shower - again no apology when I mentioned it or any attempt to sort the issue out. Room was basic and clean. As it’s close to the airport, this hotel has a captive market and seems to not care too much about customer service unlike everywhere else we stayed at in Panama.

Nice place to stay while waiting on next day flight

Arrived late at night and although there was a long queue, the front desk staff did a great job of getting us to our room. A little disappointed the pool area does not open till 9 AM so you can’t go out there and get some fresh air in the early morning. Lovely lady at the downstairs bar kept me supplied and water and ice, which was much appreciated. beautiful room and everything you needed at hand.

For an ‘in transit’ stay, it’s perfect location. The room we stayed in could use an upgrade. Washing table was really old.

Short stop over from European vacation on our way home to Boquete Panama Bedding was put on bed wrong Blanket under top sheet???? Exhausted from long trip - had to remake bed before we could crash - not a huge deal but still disconcerting

Check-in was hard (my key didn't work twice). I used the hallway phone to report this, and no one picked up. I went downstairs again and finally got a room. The room appeared made up, but you can tell it has not been cleaned for a long time. The bed was made incorrectly. The black grout in the shower and the floor made it feel like I was in a boy's locker room shower instead of a hotel that I paid USD 133. This is my second time here and the second bad experience I have had. I will not be staying here again in the future.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and nice pool. Nice for a quick overnight flight layover. Nothing around or near this hotel except the airport but it’s not possible to walk there. Transportation from airport is only once per hour at night and communication with hotel is poor, to say the least. No taxis at arrivals at terminal 2 in tocumen airport (!). So bizarre! Just a bunch of men approaching you for a taxi. Felt shady. I hope Tocumen international airport will revise that next.

If your stay is due to a stopover in transit to another country and you are tired .... "This hotel does not have a price/value balance" because, in the city you can find hotels of the same quality but cheaper that include breakfast and there are places nearby where you can eat what you want at a very low price. This was my second time, just to reevaluate and it was just as bad as the first time. - The shuttel took more than 40min to get us to the airport and I ended up paying Uber. - They don't even offer a bottle of water in the room. - The a la carte food in their restaurant took too long, it is extremely EXPENSIVE and the buffet for $26 is very basic. - If you want to order room service you have to go to the front desk yourself (the phone in the room doesn't work). ***You can look for another Hotel food airport transportation and in total you could pay less***
