I wa there before pandemic and it was.nice boutique, but not any more. No friendly staff, not.clean enough, no elevator and air.condition work but lots noisy. Today in the morning during breakfast, people was readi g magazine. Everytime when need something this people was reading or check celulars..It seem dont know nothing about Services!!! It seem not Manager in the hotel.

Helpful to guests with flights at odd hours. Our flight out was at midnight, but the staff stored our bags after checkout so we could enjoy the local area for the day. Short walk to Bella Vista and many restaurants.

The room has an unique interior, and so is the lobby. It is a small hotel, so don't expect an enormous amount of space.

Perfectly located with public transport and parking garages. Maddalena at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a lot of good information. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Nothing but positive things to say. The service was amazing, room was exactly what I needed / was shown on website, breakfast was great, and location ideal. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very centrally-located in Santiago. There are a ton of restaurants just a few blocks away, it's close to all the museums, and the metro is around the corner. The room was nice and modern and was cleaned every day. Despite having a very late flight, the hotel staff arranged for a cab to go to the airport and let me come back to the hotel after I had checked out. I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Santiago.

Clean, classic hotel with great service. Very convenient to central city sights, but also on the fringe of a sketchy neighborhood. Unfortunately the locals choose to express their selves with lots of graffiti along the streets, which distracts from the charm of the hotel and area.

Amazing staff. Incredible location, super nice rooms. Only one issue is no elevator, although they do have a small lift for your luggage so you don't have to lug luggage upstairs!

It was a nice hotel but had no cleaning for 5 nights and the staff were kind of rude. The breakfast was never fully ready at 7:30, stuff would trickle in until 8:30. The lobby is really cold so had to wear layers for breakfast. The area in general is pretty sketchy and I would not stay there again. The safe was too small to fit a laptop. My security card stopped working 3 times which was inconvenient because I had to go up and down 2 flights of stairs everytime (no elevator). The internet was ok enough for Zoom calls but dropped several times. Overall it was only ok but I wouldn't recommend it.

The elevator is not in operation and doesn’t seem like they’re planning to fix it. Lots of stairs to get up to 3rd floor room and not easy to run back and forth especially with luggage!

The staff was wonderful! All spoke fluent English even though I speak adequate Spanish for navigating a hotel, they insisted on speaking to us in English, which did make thngs that much easier. Room was large given out-of-the-US standards, and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well.

I canceled my reservation within 48 hours, they never refunded my money, very disappointed

Stayed one night, hotel not that prominent from street, luckily cab driver could locate it. Refurbished hotel, comfortable lobby with self service cafe bar 24/7, no lift access to upper floors as the only antique lift was mentioned not for guest' use, so you will have to drag your heavy luggage upper the timber stairway. Noisy timber creaking sound all over the corridor, but supposed that's part of the nostalgia feeling. Room is pretty clean and tidy when checked in. Along a main road, but still feel pretty safe despite the protest going on outside.
