The location is great. Lots of stuff around, from cafes to restaurants. Close to Costanera mall and a few blocks away from Los Leones metro station. The rooftop has a good view of the city and a gym as well. The cleaning crew came every 2 days and replaced towels every 4 days which was great.

The apartment didn't look anything like the photos, I'm guessing it was a different unit as advertised. The apartment wasn't bad but lacked in a lot of ways. The biggest issue was how extremely uncomfortable the bed was. The bed was also not attached to the frame, so you couldn't' lean against the wall and the bed would slide all over the place. On top of that there is nothing available in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee. The washroom also just had hand soap that you couldn't really use for showering as it hardly foams up. No shampoo or anything. The window in the washroom didn't have a handle so you couldn't close it and that would leave the washroom extremely cold especially early in the morning. Also the tub didn't have a stopper and I got the message on checking in that taking baths wasn't permitted. They should have mentioned this on the listing as I booked a place with a tub for medical reasons. The heater was also in the living room so you had to leave the bedroom door open for it to warm up. Overall it was an uncomfortable stay considering other apartments I booked after this one addressed all the needs from a booking as one would expect.

The location was great! Walking distance or short Uber ride to any main attraction in Santiago. We had a car and having onsite parking for a small fee was a plus. Great communication throughout the stay with the property managers. We would stay here again.

Owner very efficient, contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm booking and arrangements for access and finalise payment. Housekeeping every 2nd day. Apartment at rear but very pleasant and easy access from subway and buses.

Upper floor with balcony was great. Functional air conditioning. Good location. Laundry room in basement. The maid, Cecilia, was very helpful in getting us a laundry card when we didn't understand the process. Laundry costs extra. Maid came three times per week to clean and replace towels, or change bedding. The bed was firm, pillows soft. Electric sockets at head of bed on both sides. WiFi was fast and worked well.

Door to balcony from the living room wouldn't open so you always had to use the door from the bedroom to access the balcony. Shower is in very slippery tub. We bought a mat for the tub to prevent falling. There was no drying rack for clothes. No pool towels. But these are all minor things.

Apt 1401 is total dump. Sofa is greasy, stained and worn. Bed is a unusable marshmallow. Exposed sockets, dirty walls. Luckily I was rarely there. After checkout, the manager tried to shake me down for "damages". I hightailed it back there to give him a piece of my mind, but when I arrived he was suddenly "unavailable" and said I should just leave $50 for him at the front desk. AS IF!!! Stay Away....far far away!!!.

Quite spacious.

Freshly painted so smelled of paint. Shower over bath and bathroom quite poor. No soap.

Easy transaction. Place was as described. Very clean, comfy bed. Although flat was on second level it was very quiet.
