Everything went well. Our concern was the tub which was hard to get in and out of. Jacuzzi great idea though. The hand basin was a bit weird not deep enough to wash face and teeth.

Generally this property was outdated. Our room wasn’t ready for two hours after check in time.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was right on the boardwalk which was a huge plus

Was told by a staff member that guest were not allowed to use the stairs. Elevators took forever which happens when you have 30 floors, but not allowed to use the stairway or have signs pointed towards the stairs is unsafe.

I was told to pay an extra $50.00 charge for a "Resort Fee" because I used EXPEDIA.

The room and the view was perfect. The only thing I'm not happy about was hidden charges. The hotel charges a resort fee of 15$ per night and this information was never showed when booking. Also, the parking is not free. I was never told it was 12$ per night.

The people working were great! The room was disgusting! We didn't even spend the night!!

On the plus side, rooms were good. Nice size. Comfortable. Location was good, right off the beach. A few blocks from steel pier would definitely walk in that direction. While ok, walking towards steel pier is nicer. Other direction kind of sleazy.

I had a check in at 4 and i get my room ready in like 1 hour late But everything else all good

The broadwalk has changed not to better The area is unsafe at night I got a room with views of garbage bins n parking lot gave us whatever room on low floor not accommodating at all

Overall wasn't bad. Room was nice. Most staff was cool. Pool is smaller then looked online, and only went to about 4 feet. Did pre check-in when arrived around 11am. Check-in is at 4 but ended up not being able to check-in to room till 4:30. Kids complained about neighboring room being loud till almost 1am. They had to turn the TV up to not be able to hear them. The guy that gives parking passes was cool & very helpful though. Had to laugh there was a sign in the room that any dirty dishes would be another $50 on top of the almost $500 (one night) paid for the room.

Our room was clean and didn’t smell. Staff was great and friendly and quick responses. Elevator was a little slow but with so many floors was to be expected. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms could be updated! The bathroom had a shower inside of the tub!! It was very inconvenient

When we got there at 5pm our roon was not ready. We couldnt check in until 830 by then the pool was closed and we couldnt do anything. I thought they would throw in some parking the next day or a discount but they did not.

The beach and the boardwalk was lovely, view from the room is breathtaking.

Hotel is out dated, and had mold in the bedroom, bathroom. Great location.

Great location, Great Ocean view. Room had so much space. Nice having the kitchen. No maid service for the 3 days there. Glow bracelets were left on the nightstand from previous guest. Bathroom could use a handtowel rack near the sinks. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Waiting way too long for an elevator

The lady at check in did not take notice that there were customers waiting for several minutes before she decided to check me in. Was rude through the whole process. Upon entering the room and opening a closet where they had extra bedding stored, there was an intense smell of weed. After I complained took an eternity for them to "spray" the room. Have to wait for eternity for the elevators. Early in the morning there was shouting in the hallway for a long time. Very little space upfront to unload your car. Garage is a spiral indoor parking lot with small spots to fit medium or large cars, if there was a car coming in the opposite direction, not sure how I would have managed to get in or out. Felt unsafe with my family the entire stay.

The water pressure in the shower was very low, the sofa had a horrible rip. It was not dirty however, the furniture and overall nature of the room needed repairs. Also, the television did not work as well.

Liked especially ocean view suite

Had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get a room but once situated it was great. GREAT view and excellent space!

Check in and out was smooth.
