Lovely guest house in great location. Everything was perfect. Very clean, nice decor, lovely staff, great breakfast, free parking. Would highly recommend and definitely go back.

What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some time !!

We felt very welcomed and looked after during our stay. Dogs are truly welcomed and accepted as part of your family by a host who truly loves and understands dogs and their needs. Blanket, bowls and mat are provided for dogs which was very thoughtful. We also didnt have to abandon our pups so we could eat breakfast, our pups lay well behaved under our.table patiently waiting on the promise of a beach walk once we had finished. Breakfast was gorgeous, could not fault the food or the service at all and the fruit starter was beautifully presented and very tasty so was 'mums breakfast'. Hotell is well located close to main street and one street back from beach. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and well decorated. Bathrooms are spotless with toiletries. Tea and coffee inrooms with bottle of water also. Ample parking although we parked off site due to having long car with not enough turn to fit in space but not an issue for us as parked free accross road. Cant rate this enough, especially happy that we felt truly accepted with our dogs which made our stay even more relaxing.

We stayed in rm 6. Room and bathroom compact. Well decorated and furnished to a high standard. Everything you need just compact. Breakfast excellent individually prepared.

Perfect place to stay with adults, teenager and a pug. Situated in a very central spot close to shops, beach, beautiful park, amusements and dog friendly eateries. Accommodation perfect for our needs, lovely and clean, spacious and absolutely dog friendly. Breakfast was ideal, fresh fruit, cooked breakfast, etc…. Something for everyone. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely come back next time we visit St Anne’s. Thankyou for making it so special for us .

Everything about our stay was lovely, the room, the food, and the staff couldn't fault. The Wi-Fi was a bit dodgy but it took nothing from a lovely stay.

Howarth House is such a well managed place and a real home from home. Sue and the team are so welcoming and the rooms are very clean and well decorated for a relaxing stay away. The communal living space is very comfortable too. Breakfast is very tasty with excellent ingredients. We will return again very soon.

Great location for visiting the centre and we managed to get a parking space but it was a bit awkward with a larger car. We were given a family room when I had booked a double and there wasn’t a lot of space but was fine for 1 night. Very clean apart from the 1st towel picked up was stained. Good breakfast and staff were all nice. Overall we had a lovely night away.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 20th January 2024, after going to a show at the Lowther Pavilion. Lovely friendly welcome on arrival. Single room was comfortable and very clean, toiletries were also provided. There is no bar but we were very welcome next door at the Bedford Hotel and plenty of other options if you wanted to have a drink in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, very efficient service and lots of choice catering for all tastes. There is a small car park, but once this is full there is plenty of unlimited parking on the road We would definately stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. 5⭐️ service from checking in, to checking out

We’ve had such a lovely stay! Property location is perfect just a stones throw to the beach and pier arcade. Everything we needed was walkable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Really quiet nights sleep. Lounge has games for children to play if staying as a family. There’s nothing they haven’t thought of even down to the bottles with lids provided for the children’s breakfast. Our children loved playing with the owners friendly dogs! Nothing was too much trouble and lots of lovely little touches that you don’t get with a big chain hotel. We had a family room and a double room and both were spacious with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Ideal as a couple or a family group. definitely be returning thank you for having us!

A place we have syayed many times, due to it warm and friendly greeting and a perfect location for Saint Annes. A great breakfast was served promptly, served jot, which to be honest doesn't occur very often.

The wife and I with our two Cockapoos stayed here for a weekend.in December. The Hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and many bars and restaurants (most are dog friendly). The hotel has free onsite parking. On arrival we were shown to our room by the friendly landlady. The room had it's own door to outside which was great as we didn't have to go through the hotel with our dogs. The room was very clean and warm, had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. For breakfast you can take your canine companions if you like. Breakfast was one of the nicest we have ever had, the bacon was delicious. Checkout was at 12 which was great as no need to rush.

I stopped here with my mum as was working in Lytham and going to a gig in Blackpool. It truly was the most lovely B & B I have ever stopped at! Lovely owner and fab waitress doing the breakfast orders. It was spotless and so cosy! Breaky was nice-my mum had a cooked brekkie and it looked lovely. We stayed in a twin room (number 9) which was lovely, with a terraceThe only thing I would say that if you were a larger person, you would maybe struggle a bit with the shower/bathroom as its quite small, but it was great for us. Thank you for a lovely night-I would deffo book again.
