I liked the two pool options the food was great and fresh every night with plenty of choice

Great stay, good value for money, fun and friendly staff, breakfast and dinner buffet options offered something for everyone. Pool and gym areas were nice and clean. Would defintely recommend and would come back again to stay.

Wonderful hotel with a great breakfast. perfectly located near the beach and lots of restaurants/shopping. Parking was a bit tricky if you have a car but would still highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back soon!

I would like to thank the friendly staff. I would suggest to filter the water so that it's possible to drink it or tea without a bad taste.

Great high standard one expects at BQ hotels. Very warm reception staff. Great food. Beach and restaurants close by. Good internet. Fridge in room. Aldi nearby. Nice pathways along beachfront where pedestrians, runners, cyclists tourists and locals all rub along nicely. Beachfront market on Fridays. A lovely safe family orientated holiday spot. Good mix of Brits, Germans, French and Scandi. Highly recommend,mend. Also Tif buses are brill to hop from place to place, Arta, Pollensa or Alcudia close by. But there is enough in CP to keep one amused.

Awful hotel! This is not a 4 star hotel: total lack of hygiene in the restaurant, really poor food quality and variety, unhelpful and quite rude staff (specially Toni who runs the restaurant, he’s very rude, aggressive and extremely unhelpful), very small rooms and balconies, very noisy (traffic) and one of the pools is in a separate building. We checked out 4 days earlier, we would have checked out after the first day but all hotels in the area were fully booked the first week of August. The only good things to highlight about this hotel are: Xisca working in the reception, (she’s professional, helpful and nice) and the proximity to the beach. The staff is the biggest asset of this hotel; they are all a bunch of stars. The hotel itself is nice; air con need replacement, is not strong enough at +30 degrees. The food is ok but being 2021 they should consider better and more vegetarian options; salads and desserts are fantastic though. They should also let people know what areas are momentary closed due COVID (second pool, spa, etc)

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. There is a nice pool outside but I didn't ed as I preferred the beach. Good breakfast, in particular the omelette a la carte. Convient location, just 1 block to the beach and to the nightlife area

Wonderful stay and an exceptional reception team

Hotel was pretty good, excellent location, good breakfast, and we enjoyed the pool as well. The only problem we had was with the internet, as I had a work meeting on Zoom and the hotel's connection was not good enough to support it, neither in the bedroom or in the library, where the staff on the reception told me to try it when I spoke to them.

Could not fault this property at all - from the staff, rooms, pool - all beautiful and spotless. The staff went above and beyond and were always friendly. The pool was immaculate and the bedrooms were modern, clean and comfortable!

Good location, everything within easy access, really helpful and friendly staff, decent breakfasts, very clean, loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel. Rooms spotless. Comfy beds, air conditioning, fridge and lovely bathroom with great power shower. Toiletries provided including shaver/foam, toothbrush/paste, body wash, shampoo, comb and tissues. Lovely viuews from the balcony. The food is varied and tasty. The dining room is very busy but the staff are very efficient in clearing tables. Close to the beach and shops. An ideal base. Entertainment mediocre but close to bars etc if you want more lively evenings. Drinks very reasonably priced for a 4* hotel.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is situated about 200m away from the beach. The staff was excellent. They were always willing to help us. They allowed us sooner check-in and changed our rooms to have all rooms next to each other. They even moved the staff to prepare our rooms for early check-in. At the end we were leaving very early in the morning but they asked us if we want to have some easy breakfast prepared. So from 5am we had breakfast prepared in the dinning room. The food was excellent and very tasteful for very good price (10eur/day/person). Everyday different choices on grill. I can fully recommend this hotel

The main problem was the WiFi. The internet simple did not work on both of our two rooms.We faced the problem every single day. We complained everyday and every time we had a different excuse for the problem. But the internet never worked well. Last year it was poor but this time it is even poor. They also have not showed any intention to move us to a different room or to find a solutions for the problem. The food also was not as good as we expected and wanted. Most of the food was not fresh as it should be.

I recommend this hotel because of the following reasons: - very clean - modern interieur - nice and fast service at the desk - variation of food is good - gym and a seperate work place (which I never use)

Very nice and comfortable hotel...with great surroundings and fantastic breakfast. Staff were very polite and professional. Only negative points were some late loud guests and tha fact the AC was noisy, especially during the night when wanting to sleep

The hotel has excellent location, rooms are clean, the food is also excellent. The staff is friendly. The only area to improve is the animation, night programs for adults, day programs for kids.

Everything was perfect! Breakfast and evening dinner very delicious! We really enjoyed our stay at BQ Can Picafort.

Close to the main shops, bars & beach. Friendly staff. Very good choice of food everyday.
