We were in town for a basketball tournament and have stayed here once before as we were passing through. Also enjoyed our stay then as well. We wanted to try it out incase it was a fluke, but this place is very nice with a beautiful cared for courtyard. The restaurant is very good too and is attatched to the hotel.

I love staying here when I come to Fargo. The room was not as clean this time though. The shower had gunk in the tub that was never cleaned.

It was a great overnight stay this trip. I didn’t notice any unclad cleanliness in my room. I did not visit the coffee breakfast area this morning, but I can’t see enough about the nice and professional front desk people

Everything was great, but if I could make a suggestion. We had a little dog, and when we took her out to do her business, there was only ONE "pet garbage" on the entire property, and it was all the way to the back of the hotel. At first, I didn't know where to throw her poo, so I had to take it with me and drive with it in my car to throw it in a dumpster elsewhere. I would recommend having a minimum of 3 "pet" trash cans on the property, one in the back (which they did), and then one on each "side".

We travel with our dogs frequently. Never have had a problem until here. There was a huge gap under our door so the dogs could see people pass by (room 103). You could hear EVERYTHING! Went to supper and had to leave because they were barking. So ended up paying money we didn’t have to board them the last night we were there. When I told the front desk they said “Oh I’ll let someone know”. My daughter cut her feet twice in the pool area. The breakfast area was so dirty and full of flies and the one guy working it was listening to a audiobook or something. Very disruptive when trying to eat and get some business done before the family woke up. We will not be staying there again.

Stayed there for 3 nights, was not informed at check in that you need to request housekeeping for each day. Requested it the following day and they still failed to clean the room. Had to request towels in the pool area, the hot tub jets did not work properly and the temperature was turned up too high, the breakfast selection was minimal. The noise from the traffic was so loud could not sleep( not the hotel’s fault)

Noisy, no soundproofing, room hadn’t been properly cleaned, mould around the tub, reception desk was rarely staffed. Breakfast was good — above average, actually.

Our junior suite was gorgeous and the kids loved the waterpark feel of the pool. The breakfast was very good as well.We would definitely stay here again.

We got checked into a room that was not clean. There was hair all through the sheets and all 8 pillows were covered in dog hair. The room also smelled like dog and one of the decorative pillows smelled and looked like there was vomit on it.
We asked for a new room and were changed to a wheelchair access room. Smelled clean but the roll on shower got water all over the bathroom floor- not a fan of that.
Overall after the checkin and room change stay was great.
Breakfast was amazing that they offered. We would stay here again.

Friendly easy check in! The room was clean and very comfortable! Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from. No one was at the desk when we were checking out so we just left the keys on the counter.

This hotel is in a perfect location to get to or from most any location in Fargo. The hotel staff were very pleasant & always willing to help. We ordered room service from the attached restaurant & had our food in 15 minutes!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a business trip within recent memory. I was impressed by room decor, spacious, had microwave and refrigerator, fitness center, and other amenities, overall look of building and interior. Overall, I would recommend this hotel above others in this price range.
