This hotel has no parking and finding parking in downtown san diego can be very challenging if you dont plan ahead. It is very difficult to find on there site that they do not have parking, so we showed up without booking parking and made our weekend start off very poorly as we had to park 2.5 miles away and pay $50.

Blankets were split and not easy to sleep with. No fridge in the room. No parking.

Perfect for event at Petco. Cookies were so good. Loved getting a welcome drink. The shampoo and conditioner smells really good. The sofa bed didn't have pillow or blanket stashed away anywhere. Not sure I like the separate duvet covers. Only a top sheet on mattress cover. Different concept. Overall perfect for 1 night.

It was so horribly loud the first night that I stayed that I didn’t sleep the entire night. My room faced the street and I asked for a new room in the morning and was told to “come back later”. I came back a few hours later and spoke with someone else who told me to “come back later”. I came to San Diego with things to do, not to keep returning to the hotel front desk to beg for a room that I could sleep in. I was out the entire day and was stuck with the same room when I returned. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep a wink the second night either.

The room smelled very musty and the couch was extremely uncomfortable. Running the AC the whole time helped to dissipate the smell a bit but overall the smell was overpowering every time you walked into the room. The beds were very comfortable but this is the second time we have received a room that smells like this.

Fun hotel stay! The rooms were a good size with an amazing bathroom. Little snack bar in the lobby and they provide each quest with a free drink/snack. Hotel is dog friendly for those traveling with pets. Good price point!

For the price, we felt our room was not what it should have been. Paid for the larger suite but the room was oddly shaped (long but not wide) and there were a lot of poorly designed elements (no plugs near mirrors, very shallow sink, no hooks near sink, closet area far away from bathroom etc.). There was no instructions on how to use the remote for the blinds. There was absolutely no view from the windows (looked out to a desolate interior court). The bed was comfortable and it was quiet for the very central city location. There were very few amenities (no pool, no gym and lobby was small and industrial). There was only one young woman at the desk when we checked in and out and she was on her phone on both occasions (scrolling, not engaging with guests). Unless the room price was a far better deal, we would not return.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when doing overnight trips to the Gaslamp. The comfort of the room is second to none and is in the heart of all the action.

This is my favorite place to stay in SD. The rooms are immaculate, the beds are the most comfortable beds ever. You don't even want to get up! The staff is friendly, helpful, and kind. The shower gets really hot and the water pressure is good. You get water and coffee (in real cups), two free drinks, and you can adopt a stuffed dog:) . The Tivoli bar is right there, and a great Mexican food spot is across the street.

Doesn't provide daily housekeeping even though there is a sign to leave on bed if want clean sheets. Ceilings are low. Window can look directly in another room. Had to keep blinds closed.

We stayed at this hotel because of the price, but we weren’t sure what to expect. What we got was very friendly and helpful staff, a nice clean room and a great area with everything in reach. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel also provides a complimentary drink, bikes for riding around and a cookie in the afternoon. If you are looking for a vibe or a lounge with a bar this isn’t the place for you. But if you want a comfy bed to sleep in and a warm welcoming atmosphere definitely check it out.

Came for a ball game and the location was great. There were a lot of food/bar choices. Great vibe! The staff was outstanding.

Property was a really convenient, short walk to the convention center, which is why we chose the hotel. It was also surrounded by a plethora of food/drink establishments for the choosing. The room was quaint and the beds were really comfortable. Parking, on the other hand, was a crap shoot. You have to find parking around the hotel as they don't have dedicated spots.

The hotel was in an ideal location. The room was amazing, loved the water bottle and free coffee! Parking was the only slight inconvenience but would highly recommend.

This hotel is amazing! It is central to everything in the Gaslamp District. The front desk is very friendly & welcoming. They were very accommodating when we requested a later check out. The room was clean & the bed is SO comfortable! They also provide so many amenities. Will definitely continue to stay here!
