Pros: very exclusive resort, quiet and calm, perfect for families, amazing amenities pool/bar/ restaurant, safe location, beachfront security and well staffed. Very clean and well maintained, guests are treated very well. Also gated front entrance, security guard on the parking lot. Views from the room are stunning. Bracelet for door access and room charges are super convenient. There is a Kiteinstructor on site, Ricardo, very personable and easy to talk to. He has the best English of the whole staff which understandably speak beautiful Portuguese. The kite gear locker is well located by the beach (I wish it didn’t have stairs though) and the air compressor was amazing! Cons: big room and relatively small bathrooms but that wasn’t a problem for us; towels by the pool are hard to find (they only exchange towel per towel or towel card... wish they were better distributed by the fresh water showers outside by the beach and poolsides); there is a horrible loud DJ every Saturday that was so unnecessary and unwelcome by us- it changed the calm zen feeling we had all week; lastly water bottles are only 300ml sizes (restaurant, bar, and mini room fridge)12 hrs of hot intense sun absolutely calls for LITER water bottles everywhere!! We went to a very close Shell gas station and got 1.5L bottles and also some cash (1 of the 2 ATMs in Cumbuco). Overall a wonderful stay and we’ll be back for sure!

Great place for relaxing, and you can kitesurf outside the gates of the pool. The real crowds are further up the beach, so you have plenty of space. If you like more people, you can easily downwind and take a buggy back. 10 BRL and 5 minutes with the cab to go downtown, which is worth a trip. Cute, small city centre

This resort is located a few miles from Fortaleza (which is great). Very tranquil place and the amenities are great. Very nice pool and the restaurant is excellent. I recommend wholeheartedly

Beautiful resort. Check in was slow but they provided a fresh fruit appetizer while we waited! Scone time staying here. I look forward to the next!

Lovely hotel for relaxing around the swimming pool or spending the days in a hammock between some palm trees or in your balcony. Lovely and endless beaches right outside the pool area. Nice breakfast buffet and helpful staff. Area might seem a little dodgy at first but there are some nice restaurants in the village. Recommend going the beach when walking to the village centre. Area has a constant wind, which is perfect to take the edge off the heat of Ceara.

Amazing hotel. nothing to complain about. Big pool with poolbar. direct access to the beach from the hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was well above average. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

I arrived with my son around 1:00 PM and the first room smeled like cigaret. I requested to change rooms and the front desk immediately took care of the transition to another room. I notified the front desk about ants in the bathroom and requested some attention from the maintenance on the next day since it was already late. The following morning we were greeted by a roach. We requested another room and there we went to our 3rd room. On top of the ant and roach situation, the internet did not work and our bracelets that suposed to replace our room keys did not function properly. Getting into our rooms was a daily challenge. The ambiance and great food made up for the terrible condition of the bathrooms and uncomfortable beds. Another plus in this resort was the terrific costumer service from all staff. The pool was amazing and the breakfast fantastic!

Overall the hotel was great. Very friendly with kids. The only thing that took very long was the check in. Very long. But everything was great
