We did not have a long stay. Ended up being a 6 hour stay due to delayed flight. Pre checking in process needs to be improved. I had pre checked in and had to do it all over again manually when we went to check it. That was annoying!

Hotel was clean, shuttle was quick, staff were great, breakfast was amazing! Only complaint, and its minor, was they said the hot tub was workinh, and when we got down there withnour swimsuits on..yes there was a hot tub...no, there were no jets working. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Nice new hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, huge breakfast selection included with room. Free to/from airport shuttle took 35 mins for pick up from the airport when promised 5-10 over the phone. I did online express check-in ahead of time as we were arriving late at night, which proved useless as it took at least 10 mins to “check in” at the front desk (with no line ups) with the help of a supervisor. We were charged the $100 refundable deposit twice, waiting for it to be returned.

I stayed here twice in one week to be close to the airport and both were flawless experiences. Everyone is polite and professional, shuttle right on time, and room was clean with a huge bathroom.

We did get in late so it didn’t matter that the pool and hot tub were not working.
The next day, they also had a sign saying there would be no hot water after 10am.
There was a water tank issue. So this review is very situational.

The Wifi isn't secure. My key card stopped after day 1. Was a problem as I needed to use for going up in elevator.

Super close to the aiport and had a good breakfast. Only think i would say is that my room had a huge stain on the wall and was still sticky, and the breakfast area needs a second pancake makers as people were in a long line for over 20 minutes waiting their turn.

The swimming pool was out of order, did not know when I was booking, the staff told me it was for over two weeks.
Breakfast was not really bad, untasty eggs and serials, if you wantlatte or cappucino, asked to pay a dollar so much for free breakfast.

It’s our second time back in this hotel and my family & I loves it here. We had a very nice, clean and spacious room and we all had a restful sleep. The breakfast choices were good as well as all their staff. We will definitely come back again in the future.

They had maintenance of the hot water system planned for 10 am. Unfortunately I did not have hot water at 6 am that day so ended up with a cool shower.
