Small boutique hotel thats very clean and comfortable. Great value and i enjoyed the free continental breakfast.

Customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend this location. It’s a small hotel at the center of Leon.

Everything was great the only thing i wish they had was the bar/terrace open in the afternoon. We walked up arpund 6 pm and there was no service

The hotel is cozy, and the location of the property is convenient because is close to different downtown´s site seeing places. However, the continental breakfast was poor and limited, I do not recommend it.

The beds are kind of hard, the hotel was clean, but at night and early in the morning they don’t have hot water on the shower.

This place is great. Clean, nice, quiet and cozy Employees are nice and helpful. The rooms are medium size but they have everything needed and more. FYI: building is three story building. if you dont like or can not use stairs, ask for a room on the first floor because there is no elevator.

Staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to help us. They even reminded us of our complementary drinks. The parking lot is a close walk, but a long drive because of one way streets and construction. The rooms also need more lighting.

We stayed on the third floor. There was no elevator. We were not made aware of it before hand. The breakfast was very limited. It was literally less than a cup of papaya 2 small pieces of toast and a micro sized coffee xup. They had an option to purchase breakfast for an additional fee, which wasn’t bad, except that they only accepted cash. There are no atms in the hotel or anywhere near by. The water pressure was very low. The water was not regulated. It went from burn in hot hell to cold. The price is ideal for the location. If you are looking for location instead of comfort. This is your place. If you want comfort and convenience look elsewhere.

Customer service is excellent. We arrived very early and were able to get our room. Grateful to the hotel staff for the early check in and their assistance in acquiring an Uber at 6am when we left! The hotel is very charming and not too far from the Centro Histórico. The room was very clean. I do agree with previous reviews though that the rooms are dark as there is limited natural light. The main window faces the inner hallway. The water saving shower head was a downer as were the low lights in the bathroom. The library on the second floor is amazing and the small cafe in the third floor is quaint with lots of natural light. The glass staircases are beautiful but daunting, especially if you're afraid of heights or use a cane. Overall, it was a great experience.

It was amazing hotel is very centrally located within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions within the city center. Room is amazing decor comfort design and luxury. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Very central and the staff were very helpful.

We are very close to el centro so shops and food were very close by. We were also very close to the attractions that we were looking for. Churches the Arch and also some restaurants and bars.

Friendly staff. Good Cuatomer service. Location is a bit off and lonely. I didn’t feel safe in the surroundings. Hotel is cute. Too dark though. Breakfast limited.

Hotel was perfect for a business trip. Downtown leon, right next to a gym, and walking distance to Centro de Leon

This is a cute and clean hotel, no doubt. However, the layout is such that you can hear EVERY sound in the hallway. The walls are paper thin. For example, the music they play in the "biblioteca"can be heard in the rooms clear across the hotel. Unless you're a very sound sleeper, I'd recommend ear plugs.
