Amazing hotel, great staff!

I really did not enjoy this place. The location is not great. Lots of traffic noise. I did not feel very safe walking around.

Luciano K is in a great location walking distance to the city centre, many tourist sites and the many restaurants of charming Lastarria and cool Bellavista. Excellent place to stay in Santiago. Friendly staff and great rooftop views and bar.

Really helpful attendants, breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable. If you're looking for a charming place to stay in Santiago, this one has been nicely restored and has a really cool old-style (and functional!) elevator - the kind you have to pull folding doors to open and close! The bed linens were very clean and sanitary.

Luciano K is a lovely hotel very centrally located in the Lastarria district of Santiago. The property is walking distance to the trendy restaurant and shopping areas of Bellavista, Providencia and a short taxi or subway ride to some of the best restaurants of the city in Vitacura and Las Condes. The hotel offers a complementary breakfast every morning with a great selection of meats, cheeses, pastries as well as eggs prepared as you like them. The Luciano has a gorgeous open air rooftop bar/restaurant perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views or watching the sunset. The rooms are clean, quiet and well appointed with amenities including a safe for your valuables. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with everyone speaking a good level of English. I spent 2 weeks at the Luciano and I highly recommend you give them a try, I promise you won’t be disappointed. ❤️

The rooms floor was dirty, one towell was dirty, and the sink was dirty. The staff was very nice and the hotel very safe, it is noisy and there are lots of light coming from the window. So there were pros and cosn. The breakfast was good.

The area around the hotel is a little sketchy at night. Parking is 3 blocks offsite making that a difficult process at night.

The rooms are small

I loved this hotel. It is located in a retro building with modern rooms, is very clean and had great service/staff. It is located within walking distance of the Lastarria restaurants and is close the metro. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

A must return hotel. The service was totally top notch. People were extremely helpful and kind. The place is centrally located and easy to get to. The confort level was high. All great!!!

Great location and walking distance to attractions, restaurants, bars and cafes. Staff are excellent with perfect English and went over and above to ensure my stay was great. Breakfast a lovely continental selection with eggs available a la carte. Highly recommend and would stay again. I was a single female traveller

Our second stay at Luciano K was amazing

The front desk girls were amazing and very attentive. We had to leave our luggage taken care of after our checkout and they took care of our belongings and also made sure we were able to use the facilities and shower for our trip back home. We were impressed

We highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking to experience the more traditional area of Santiago. We walked to so many key sites from here, including the Cerro San Cristobal, Cerro Santa Lucia, the Moneda (must see the changing of the guard), Plaza de Armas, etc. It was also just a five-minute walk to the many restaurants and bars in the Bellavista area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and we appreciated the convenience of the rooftop bar. We also did a few day-trips while in Santiago, and the tour companies picked us up right in front of the hotel.

What to say about this nice boutique hotel built in 1920 by the famous architect, Luciano K. Well everything is perfect! My room was spacious. The terrasse offers beautiful view, with a bar-restaurant. The breakfast included delicious. The personnel is helpful and welcoming. That’s the place to stay in Lastarria when visiting Santiago de Chile! Recommended!

Great staff, roof top patio is a show stopper. Don’t stay at a chain hotel, stay here.

The rooms are awful. They are dirty and items are broken. The craftsmanship of the upgrades was terrible. Our room had a glass shower door that was installed upside down. We had to change properties because it was so bad.

The location is excellent off the park and walking distance to museums and commercial arrasa.

Lovely old hotel with great character. The staff was very helpful and the rooftop bar and pool were a welcome treat.

This is my second visit. The staff is friendly and very competent. For an older building, efforts are made to maintain it. Location suits my interests.

Lovely historical building. Wonderful service and very helpful staff. Rooftop bar excellent with a great barman Christian who looked after us. Great location close to funicular and only 20 mins to Plaza Armas. I can absolutely recommend Luciano K.

Nice vintage property. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower functioned well. The staff was very friendly and very competent.

Great stay in Santiago. Location perfect. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Rooftop bar and pool (although we didn’t use the pool) massive and very nice. Minor issues were the room was a little small and it felt quite dark.

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to the bars and restaurants of Bella Vista and Lastarria. It is a bit dated but the bed was comfy. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Boutique hotel in el centro of Santiago. Overall excellent option for price.

Unique and beautifully done boutique hotel in the perfect location straddling the Bellavista and LaStarria neighborhoods, while still being nice and quiet at night. We loved the breakfast and pool deck (the view!!!) and staff were very responsive to requests. The pool bar / restaurant hours (besides the gratis breakfast) were not clearly laid out so don’t expect a 24/7 bar by the pool (that is my only extremely minor note). We loved our stay.

The services provided by the front desk, roof-top restaurant and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly; however, my room and those of my friends need dusting and cleaning.
