The hotel is in very good condition. WiFi not too good. 100 peso per person to get to the whale sharks. Good on site restaurant.

The Bathroom was awful, broken toilet...
The curtains in the room wouldn't block the light.
Well, it was not a great experience.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Fine pool area. Otherwise a good room but in the bathroom hooks and clips are loose.

Book online because it said each room had wifi, this is not at all true, in fact, we had to pay more to get moved to a room with wifi and even then it was a very poor signal, also the photos make it look like the pool is a lot bigger than it really is but at least it's clean. I would not stay there again and if it not for the fact that I was so tired and needed to leave to the airport early in the morning I would have gone to another resort because the rooms have a bad smell and also need renovation.

WORST HOTEL that I ever been, first day the room has a terrible smell, A/C has water leaking in the room, beds very uncomfortable , after first night I complaint so they switch me with another room a little better. Tv just 1 American Channel. Staff no able to give you information about the city , they don’t even know what beaches they have around them.

Room was dirty , bed sheets dirty . Non functionnal bathroom . Girlfriend stayed out of the room because of the smell while i was finding another one . Only thing ok was the pool . There is a pool and thayd about it .

My wife was near to be killed because of a broken waterheater.The ground was not connected.She fell against the wall and hit her sholder and head. We got another room but it also had the same bad installetion. We went to another hotel no one seemed to care abaut what happend and no refund for the remaining days.

The whole night I couldn’t sleep because the smell of bleach is very empowering. Other than that it was ok

nice place 2 .5 stars very nice staff,some food very close,(a few don't do's)don't eat a the JUMBO & shrip place just down the street ,$$$$ and they didn't have anything fresh the night we went,BUT BIGGEST DON'T,DON'T ride in the yellow taxi,BIG TIME RIP OFF,400peso from the airport,use the metered white taxi

For the budget traveler seeking basic accommodations, Richdel will be fine. It's a clean room, with private shower & toilet, air-con, and TV. And breakfast included!

When we arrived, we were told that they don't have rooms available for more than 2 people, although they accommodated us by charging for 2 more people in the room, and 2 more breakfasts. They advertise being close to an aquarium, but it has since gone out of business.
