Pretty disappointing. Shuttle service only runs once each hour. Room was tired. No Kleenex. Poor light in the bathroom. Noisy. Would not stay here again.

Conveniently located easy access for all your shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than what we expected.

Everything was great. Front desk was a little crazy on arrival with large noisy party checking in, so took a while, but other than that, everything was fine.

The hotel is perfect and clean, the personal very helpfully. Has a nice terrace, bar and a kitchen working at nights with good prices and very nice people there. I recomend it.

Just first at check in.. front desk staff had a nasty attitude….. because I was 5 minutes early and she was about to get off …. She made me wait … the other front desk staff checked me in…..

Very good hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for my family vacation. Breakfast was a bit limited on their options. Waffle machine broke down during our stay and the children wanted this for breakfast. Ambiance was very welcoming. Overall very good.

I liked the brightness of the room, the space and the layout was very comfortable. Left early so couldn’t experience anything about dining. Bathroom was the only thing that had one negative thing which was the shower had hair from a previous guest and the shower floor felt sticky

For a hotel of its caliber, I didnt like the breakfast options. Scrambled eggs and sausage every day would be a turn off.

Only two bad issues. The shuttle service is only from 6 am to 11 pm after or before that scheduled you are on your own. The second issue the breakfast is scheduled on internet from 6 am until 9 am. But wants you are there is actually from 7 am to 9 am. And the lady that is in charge of the cafe are is not nice are all , looks like she hate to work there. Her attitude is really bad with costumers. Other than those two issues else is great or is according with the price. Pillows and bed are confi.

Decent property. Free parking, free airport shuttle. Not within walking distance of anything really. Breakfast window is slim, from 7 - 9am, and basically the same offering each day.

My shower was dirty, my safe did not work and it was not changed, coffee machine burned and it was dirty, breakfast is untill 9am but at 8:45am no eggs or milk, I had to fight for one egg every day, after all drama they gave me $50 off, the hotel used to be great, now nobody cares, people complain at the front desk and employees don’t care at all

My stay at Wingates was great but my unacceptable experience came after checkout. I'm still waiting for a refund to my credit card or even a response to the many emails I sent regarding my refund.
Also my reservation said pay on arrival but my card was charged prior my arrival which created issues.

My experience this week was not the same as last week. The beds were not comfortable and were worn down on both ends making it difficult to sleep. Our room was not taken care of on sunday by housekeeping. It was a fair experience when compared to the week before.

Have stayed at this hotel before. It's a quiet, clean place with comfortable bed. Breakfast wasn't as good as I remember.

THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN, NO RESTAURANTS NEAR HOTEL. THE HOTEL HAS A SHUTTLE WHICH ONLY GOES TO THE AIRPORT. BATHROOM WAS AVERAGE.

Housekeeping was awful. Had to get my own towels for 3 nights since none were left in the room. 3rd day room was never cleaned. Carpet was dirty in the room we had to keep our shoes on

We had a 1 night stay for our morning flight to the Bahamas. The room and breakfast was great. The free airport shuttle was a nice bonus. Would stay again if needed.
