The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean and comfortable. The location is perfect! Easy walk to the Riva and Diocletian’s Palace!

We stayed at several hotel in split over the last several weeks. This was best. Best friendliness, best, staff, best room, best food, best location. It is very close to old town but in a quiet location. We will stay here again.

Hotel was perfect! Quaint, personable and perfect location! Antonia and team were awesome! Compliments to the chef, we enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard every morning!

Very nice and quaint hotel conveniently located near the waterfront. A little noise late at night when the late night partiers returned to the hotel or walked by, but a minor inconvenience. Rooms offer a nice blend of modern with a rustic look that matches the city’s history of stone. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Our airline lost our bags and staff was very helpful in helping us manage with limited resources. Would definitely return to stay here if we visit Split again.

The staff at the hotel were delightful and could not have been more helpful. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are lovely. We could not have been happier with our choice of hotel.

THIS HOTEL NO LONGER EXISTS!! We arrived for the first night of our honeymoon, only to find that the door was locked and the phone number disconnected. We called a second number that we found online, which turned out to be the building owner's cell phone. Our call woke him up from a nap, and he told us that the company who managed the hotel had broken contract in April, and that they hadn't been open since. He seemed very nice, and the location was stunning BUT this listing shouldn't be on Expedia because, again the hotel does not currently exist.

Penthouse room was great. We had specifically booked a room with a balcony however upon arrival they had already allocated guests to the room we booked which was really unfortunate. Overall the hotel is lovely, quiet and in a good location easy walk from the riva and main area. Would certainly stay again and hope to stay in the balcony room next time. Breakfast was great and the staff were very lovely aside from the booking glitch.

The property was nice and small, breakfast was served at 8 which was too late for us when we went out and did our activities. The walls are paper thin and you could literally hear the neighbors alarm on their phone go off next door. It’s a good location if you plan on walking town and doing water activities. Just very loud all night and we couldn’t sleep at all

Stayed in one of the ground floor rooms. It was small but nicely done with a newer bathroom and large shower. Beds were a little firm. Breakfast was cooked to order and was wonderful. Service was excellent. Location was ideal as it was just off the old town in a more secluded side street but close to all the sites.

Great boutique hotel !

The location is perfect for accessing all that Split has to offer without being right in the Palace walls. Lovely historic property and the staff (particularly Marko and Jakov) were outstanding.

Me and my husband stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Charming and characterful room with friendly staff who really made us feel special. Great location too; very close to everything but removed enough to be quiet. A really special hotel.

We came here on our honeymoon and booked the penthouse room, spa bath. What we failed to realize is that this meant we wouldn't have an actual shower. That was a bit disappointing because we were here for 3 days and had to take showers on our knees in the bathtub. If I knew ahead of time this was the case, I wouldn't have spent the extra money for the 'upgrade'. Additionally, the bathroom had a big glass window, which basically didn't allow to do any of your 'business' in private. This made it a bit uncomfortable as well. Other than that, I would have probably given this hotel 5 stars. The staff was all very friendly and attentive. The rooms were beautifully designed and very clean. The breakfast was excellent! They have a nice outdoor area you can just hang in, which we loved. The location was great as well as it was only a 10 min walk to the main square. It was quite nice not being right in the main area as it was very crowded and chaotic. Overall we did enjoy our experience here. We would have had a better experience if we were able to have a shower.

Really impressed with this hotel. A small hotel located a few minutes walk from the harbour and old town. We had a double room with a balcony, it was very clean and spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Very pleasant people who run the apartments and the rooms are well located to the old town.

This property is very pleasant. The people there were delightful and spoke great English. It is only steps from the old town and harbor. It is clean and quiet.

Pretty hotel located a few mins walk from the sea front. We had a room on the ground floor of the courtyard. The room was small but nicely decorated. It all felt clean and new. The breakfast was a small selection of cooked and non cooked but was really tasty. We had breakfast in the courtyard which was really nice. Only downsides (as with other Croatian hotels) was the bathroom really smelt as the drains didn’t work properly. Also as our room was in the ground floor it was right near the street which was noisy in the morning.
