Warm welcome on arrival. Please note they do ask for photo ID it's not something that's listed on this site. Huge room and lovely jetted bath. Only downside we were in a room above a club opposite the hotel and the music was on till very late. Location is perfect for those heading for a late night on the town. So many pubs and bars close by

Stayed with my 2 daughters. They loved the room. Rocky Horror. Jacuzzi bath was brilliant and shower. Dark in the room though so take a good light n mirror for makeup. We were warned it was noisey due to nightclub. Would stay again

The bath was broken which is one of the hotels USP's as all rooms feature a type of bath so was very disappointed on this. In room sound system was also broken and there was damage to a number of tiles in the bathroom which could be a hazard. Step in the bathroom not signed and caught foot. Rooms not soundproofed at all and can hear outside along with other occupants on other floors. Beds are however very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were knowledgeable of the area and requested our feedback via form for management. For a conveniently located stay, would recommend but for facility use or an undisturbed night go elsewhere.

Amazing

Good location very friendly staff clean rooms. Room too dark!! Sockets in wrong place for mirrors. Only small towels, tired decor wallpaper peeling off in some places. Worst was pounding music one night could feel the vibration boom boom! Until 4am. Unfortunately we wont stay there again.

Rude staff No cold water - had to go buy bottles from the shop to drink/brush our teeth with - reported nobody did anything about it. Dirty rooms/mouldy fridge hot tub was empty takes an hour to fill Say 24/7 text message service - text numerous times and was ignored

The hotel is amazing! The themed rooms are so creative and the facilities are immaculate. Slap bang in the centre of town, couldn’t be better. Kimberly on reception was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. <3 Will be staying here again.

Brilliant weekend staff were so lovely and friendly it’s my 2nd visit to this hotel now and will defo. Book again great for a girls trip and your right in the thick of everything xxx

We have stopped here 3 times no issues. no bath only shower. And opposite the night club so we had no sleep. All went quite a 5 am

I stayed here for one night for a business trip - I don't think I'm the target audience for this hotel! But it was fine for one night. I arrived after dark - it wasn't easy to find the right entrance, though the reception member of staff was having a cigarette outside and asked me if I was looking for the hotel which was helpful. The room had 4 beds in it! The one I chose to sleep in was very comfortable. The shower area of the bathroom reminded me of a hospital ward shower. It was set out like a wet room, although so close to the toilet that it was impossible not to soak that too - didn't feel too hygienic. There was a kitchen sink and a large fridge too, so you could store your own drinks easily. It would be a good choice for a hen or stag do, though the shower situation might not be to everyone's taste. It was pretty noisy outside - but you have to expect that from the location!

Great place to stay. The night club next door was a bit noisy, but if you are going out, it is an incredible place to stay.

Nice big rooms. Good value for what we wanted.

So on arrival we was given a room for 6 people when we booked for a couple. The room was shabby looking and we had a vent above the bed which was very loud. The bathroom was clean however the taps where all lose on the sink and huge crack in the sink. We went out for a few hours then came back to the hotel. Once in a deep sleep the fire alarm went off, completely shook us up. We got dressed and went downstairs. The staff where trying to sort this issue the best the could however couldn't solve this issue for a good hour. my partner has a heart condition and these noises really didn't help at all. we managed to get back off to sleep around 1.10am. At about 4am the room opposite was like a chemical cupboard and the loud noises it made woke us up! Safe to say we was agitated and couldn't settle back to sleep. Worse night sleep in a hotel, and the price was expensive. On checking out we told the receptionist these issues she apologised regarding the alarm, however no compensation back no nothing. we are really tired today and we certainly would not be returning.

If you are after a good night out this place is perfect. Not recommended if you are after a quiet time, night life fantastic, everyone so friendly, felt safe and looked after. Staff amazing. Faye on reception/manager is the best. Couldn't ask for better.

Overall good all round

Hotel room cost a fortune and wasn’t worth a single penny!! From the cleanliness down to the damage in the room what was covered up!

Nice hotel however booming music until 5am would stop us from staying here again. Could do with better soundproofing Will teach us to research area before booking a hotel again I think it was Kimberley who checked us in she could not be more friendly or helpful an asset to the hotel.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! If you value your sleep and have any standards of cleanliness DO NOT STAY here! We left at 12am

Great price and facilities. Very much a hotel suited to the lively part of the city. Didn’t bother me but wouldn’t suit everyone!

It was absolutely amazing! My only criticism is the lighting in our room (Rocky Horror) was really dark, not great when trying to do make up! But otherwise I couldn’t have asked for more!

It was loud location (not a huge problem given its a hotel for groups nd next to pubs but not ideal) our bathroom ceiling was leaking from the room above, told reception & nobody came to check our room, on check out was told person above was in the shower too long, have requested refund in the basis we were unable to have a bath or shower in the morning due to the leak & crack in ceiling

Staff were so accommodating, room Was breath taking/ little noisy but to be expected in the city centre- I would not be moaning about it if I was on a night out out! Definitely planning our next stay here soon- will be out out next time ☺️

Rude unhelpful staff

Lovely hotel with imaginative decor and huge rooms. No noise from residents or along corridors in hotel. Bathroom was good but needed a bath mat and a shower curtain to stop water splashing from shower and making floor soaking and slippy. A 6 bedded room for a couple was more than we required but I think great for a hen night etc. The issue we had was huge though as we do like to sleep. The bed was spacious and comfy although the duvet a little thin but sleeping is virtually impossible because the noise from the bars and clubs below was so loud and the bass booming so much it actually made the floor vibrate. Given they shut at 6am you can imagine how awful this was. Would I stay here again. Absolutely not.

Close to everything and cheap for a nice stay

Nice, quirky hotel in party town so if you aren’t after loud music and lots of people then this isn’t the place for you! Staff were lovely and the room was good, lots of space despite 5 of us sharing.

Hotel staff are lovely. Hotel itself not so lovely. Rooms were really run down, bathroom was smelly and shower literally sprinkled and soaked the whole room along with toilet which is near enough under the shower head. Very central to concert square so if you want a quiet night avoid although it didn’t bother us as we arnt light sleepers. Did it do its job? yes. Would I stay again? I don’t think so
