Staff superb . Glass shelf in bathroom wobbly and dare not use it . No spoons in room for drinks ... stirrers would be enough . Did not use shower . Bed ok but pillows not very comfortable . Good last minute availability . Wasnt clear it isnt free parking though

Stopped overnight before starting my journey to Tenerife. Will certainly be stopping here again. Really handy for the city centre and transport into the town

The bedside table was in the wrong position for a table lamp. Had to get out of bed to switch it off. There was no plug where bedside table was

The Hotel was as expected for one in this location. The staff however were above the normal. Most helpfull to me as a disabled person I was genuinly surprised. The receptionists on duty when I arrived and left, without me asking took control of my luggage all the way to and from my car, Most helpful I am very grateful

Definitely in my top 10 of most terrible hotel room stop overs. If it wasnt the bloke in the room next door snoring all night, it was the toilet and shower and sinks in the rooms above jetting water down a soil pipe that was quite audibly buried in the wall of my room. The only saving grace was I could put the air con in the room on to drown it all out and keep the hot stifling room cool because the windows had been boarded off with perspex. U have to pay them for parking as the place is marooned on a one way traffic peninsular. The pizza place attached was a bit overpriced for the food and the service was definitely lacking. So all in all......never again....I will pay the bit extra to be a bit closer to the city centre. The shower was a fast jet but the towels were tiny.....the air con was essential.

The hotel was exactly what we expected when we booked. A great bed for the night. Staff were good at their jobs. Unfortunately the management seemed to be rather unpleasant to the staff which left a sour note as we were leaving. We did not get breakfast or use the hotel's car park.
