Amazing place in the middle of el poblado

First off, location was amazing. That being said you are in the heart of poblado which makes it almost impossible to get any sleep with all the noise and the party animals.
Second issue was the rooms, booked 2 identical rooms and one of them was not available. Ended up setting for a much smaller room without a balcony and right next to the top terrace where you can hear plenty of people arguing and such.
This place is better suited for those looking to enjoy the nightlife and have it just a few feet away.

Nice place, very convenient to all the activities in Provenza. Comfortable but without any windows this is not a family venue. Good for couples or friends looking for and economical crash pad in Poblado

The front staff very friendly and helpful. But if you want to sleep this is not your place . Veryyyyyy noise place. You will not sleep at all.

The property was nice, but the room had a musty smell, was very dark with no natural lighting, was humid, and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

One of the staff who checked me in that day was so rude. Skipped and ignored to check someone that speak espanol. I fell so disrespect. I wished I knew his name. After the place is good. Just have to ask for everything.

This hotel requires serious work before it can start serving customers. The bedsheets are all gross. Mine had droplets of blood. Even when asking for new ones they are still gross. The blankets and matress feels cheap.
There was a tiny TV in the room and they use whatsapp for room service questions.
Breakfast has to be paid for. It is not free
At bed time there was people having a full convo laughing right outside our door. I couldnt fall asleep until 2AM when all the music and partying stopped.
For what I paid around 500K cop. It was not worth it. Ive stayed in 4.5 star hotels for this price.

The only 10 out of this place is location.
And the staff is honest however not so helpful.
I guess my experience was a 4 out of 10 more due to hotels.com showimg features the mini boutique apt does not offer like breakfaat cook to order for free when the dont even have a restaurant period. Also be aware there is a lots of stairs and no elevator. The hotel is not accessible.

The housekeeping never get to the room, towels were never changed, the trash was never picked up. The breakfast was included and it was denied since arrival at front desk

Amazing spot in El Poblado.
It can get really noisy and the kitchen is not really functionnal.

Location was perfect. Did not have to pay to have guests come over. Street traffic/noise can get a bit loud and rooms are not sound proof making it difficult to sleep in.

I love the location is close to everything, Parque Lleras is at a 5 minute walking distance

Everything went well, but the beds are not comfortable, and power went off a day before we left. We spent our last night with a power supply.

This is a relatively small hotel with an excellent location and with a very friendly and helpful staff. The main problem, which is a serious one, is that it is very noisy. More exactly, you will hear your neighbours loud and clearly even if they talk in normal voices and are not screaming. We were unfortunate to have neighbours that partied in their rooms until very late which made it totally impossible to sleep. The problem is the design of the rooms were looks have been prioritized over functionality.

The layout is great and the area is fantastic. Walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants in El Poblado. The room was very comfortable. There are curtains in the bedroom to block out all sunlight. However, the bed was not comfortable and hard and the bathroom was not connected to the room and had to walk to the other side of the room to get to the bathroom. The room doors are not numbered which can present a problem if you have had a few cocktails which can potentially make it difficult to find your room. The doors use the old style lock and key which can make it problematic to keep up with your room key. Overall, it is a good hotel.

Soy local Housetel is at a nice location right out of of the the clubs/bars action avoiding all the noise/music of the area that is always alive. Its a good location since you can walk 3 blocks to the heart of lleras park for the action and back to the Hotel for peace relax time. The only thing I would recommend is the shower is the inconsistent of water in the shower either to cold or too hot difficult to get it at a warm temperature at list this was my case in the apartment/room #1. Other then that it was a good spot to stay....Sebastian was really nice provided good service and Victor at night shift always asking if everything is ok.
