Exceeded expectations!

My room smell stink. the carpet inside the room smell pee or dog sheets.

The place looks new, but cockroaches are everywhere even on the bed.

No smoking areas! No TV channels to watch!

It was ok, but my fault for not checking on in house restaurant for breakfast or bar. None of this is provided or offered. Luckily there are nearby restaurants and bars at other hotels. Family oriented

Don't stay here. The washer/dryer jammed on dry for 2 hours. I had to call maintenance to get my clothes. No hot water. The staff was polite. The living room and kitchen was nice.

First off, they advertise they have a gym for use which is not true. It is only available to their long-term leases. The main reason I booked was because of the pictures and the advertisement for a gym. The spa is not available either. So I was not happy right away when I found this out at check in. The room was dirty, dated with ripped sheets and stained towels. No pots or pans for the kitchenette so I guess you’re supposed to bring your own. Comfortable bed and they had a washer in the unit so I could do laundry were the only saving graces. I didn’t even bother to check out the pool, I just went to the Hyatt down the street where my friends were staying and used their pool and gym. Very disappointing stay.

We lived well and liked the view and the apartment. On the other hand, it felt a bit like the apartment was trying to be more luxurious than it was, but the cabinet doors were loose, the shower had no pressure and the kitchen utensils were worn. But with that said, we could imagine staying here again

The hotel is a very nice place to stay. The service was great. Planning to stay again in the near future. The pool was closed due to covid restrictions. Uverall a great place to stay.

Great people. Nice pool and they gave us a free beach pass while we stayed there.

Good location close to airport and other resort hotels in area. Rooms were clean on arrival. Furniture slightly worn down. Found blood under the mattress of single bed. Aircon in bedroom not working and despite calling reception to sort out problem, it was not sorted. Infinity pool and seating area was nice. Cons: kitcen area provided no pots or pans or utensils to cook food. Be aware need to bring your own cooking equipment and even washing up soap. Shower was not powerful enough, really weak, so ended up having baths every night as shower not usable. Only one lift was working in our tower so there were long queues for the lift. Most of equipment in gym not working. There were no free weights to put on the squat bar so limited use of the gym.

Great pool, nice apartment with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Confortable bed (much better than others in Philippines. Good aircon. Nice quiet community location. Awesome hawker centre with great lechon diagonally opposite - good food and coffee close by. Only downsides were slow lifts (only one was working) and shower wasnt very hot (was just lightly warm). Would definitly stay again.

stores right below us nad resturant was great . It's so easy to get large van for family. Pool is awesome

Can't appreciate the rooms by looking at the front hotel. Don't let the cover dissuade you because we had Excellent stay. Very clean. The staff were very nice and very helpful. They brought us breakfast at 5am prior to leaving to catch an early flight. Definitely will stay here again.

Loved the location, it was close to shops bbq and the balcony view was great

Very nice rooms. However my room someone had smoked in and they had a difficult time we need it. Also the common areas are not air-conditioned. So you’re stuck in your room if you want to keep cool.There are places in the immediate area such as a grocery store or Starbucks or McDonald’s and a nice outdoor place to eat a variety of foods from separate vendors. I’ll definitely come back

Csuites has a beautiful and big infinity pool with ocean view. Gym is also nice. The rooms are modern and new. Fast free wifi. There is a big foodcourt and grocery store nearby. Unfortunately the hotel is not directly on the ocean and shower had no hot water.

Staff was super nice and friendly, the place is in a very convenient location and is really nice! Two things i did not like are: 1. arrived at the hotel the staff wanted to check my bags (even though at the airport they checked several times...don't understand why) 2. If you arrive too early and want to go to your room you have to pay an amends of 200 pesos per hour. Except for that everything was SUPER!! Highly recommended.

The 8 Newtown property is a great place. Had a great stay here before so i thought id give it another go. This stay was ok. I booked in advance and requested a high floor so i may have a view, but i got a pool floor room with no view of the pool. They didnt contact me back to awkowledge or set up special in room request i was willing to pay for. Location is great as there are lots of places to eat close by and tge airport isnt too far away. I thought about 3 stars instead of 4 due to lack of comunication but i had a great time the last time i was here so im giving them some slack.

Staff was kind but often forgot my requests such as booking a taxi, sending towels to my room and so on.

Omg this is the first time I have ever had to write a bad review on a hotel with such a high rank. First we scheduled a car through the hotel to pick us up at the airport. The car never arrived after calling twice they said the car was 15 mins away when we had already been waiting 45 mins. They knew when our flight arrived and we ended up catching a cab for half the price. There were ants everywhere. The only solution was to leave us a can of bug spray. The shower was cold and the water pressure went in and out. The WiFi sucked. The toilet wouldn’t stop running even after we called maintenance twice. They refused to change our room even after we called the desk to complain!The staff was friendly but not helpful. Beware this place looks nice on the outside but has so many hidden flaws. We wanted to check out but there were no other hotels in our area so we ended up staying three nights I couldn’t wait to leave. I even called hotels.com to complain! I took videos but I couldn’t post below are pictures of ants crawling on the curtains.
