Great place to stay for the Ducks Home Football game. Walkable shopping and dining options. Parking garage for guests.

Only stayed for one night. Hotel was in great shape and the room was very clean. Check-in only took a few minutes, despite a large OSU crowd, and check out could be handled online.

Our room was great, the view was beautiful. There was plenty of room and nice furniture. The breakfast was perfect, so many options and great taste. We'll definitely be staying here at the Hyatt the next time we're in Eugene.

The staff were all great. It was nice having the bar open until 11 pm. The bed was not great. Overall room was very nice. We will stay there again.

Clean, excellent staff, great location

I tried to check in on the date i sellected however, the hotel had my date of stay wrong, wether itbwas expiedia or the hotel. So, i had to pay $340.00 for a room i never stayed in. The hotel host had no simply for mty situation and woukd not help me. I came to your hotel because i needed to get away for a day or so. My wife of 59 years just died of brain cancer..she was my life. Im also a 78 year old disabled wounded warrior from the war highly decorated. I wanted to stay at Eugene's best however, i was wrong. There was no compasion for me there, no carring. Now im out 340.00 and i had to drive 200 miles back to where i started. I live in Roseburg Oregon but drove from Medford where i was staying. I just wanted a nice place to stay for a couple of days and enjoy some good food in a quiet environment. Im very disapointed in your staff there they could have helped me but didnt and were not concerned at all. Im hoping i will get a responce from you. If not i will just take it as a loss. Great upscale hotel with boutique shopping and restaurants right there. Staff and breakfast were great and the lobby seating areas, outdoor rooftop patio and pool are nice amenities.

The hotel was clean and very nice! Our family of five was able to stay comfortably.

The water pressure for this newer hotel was horrible! The room was beautiful and clean. Parking wasn’t great and there was only one luggage cart available for many rooms.

Top 3 floors are the hotel itself. Lower floors are shopping and dining. Lots of options!

It was a nice hotel didn't know it cost 18$ a night to park. Breakfast was not as good as it looked in photos service was hit and miss pool was tiny and cold.

Beautiful place. Loved the rooftop bar and the bfast was delicious. Beds comfy. Would definitely recommend

I don’t like that you have to pay for parking and it doesn’t tell you until after you book.

I liked the pool, but my marg was pretty bad and the the breakfast was pretty subpar. My girlfriend also didn't like how the hotel was multiple stories up and was a weird location.

the mattress needs to be replace......very soft and lumpy....
