Arthouse was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! From the decor to the staff, my friends and had a great time! Would definitely go back !!

Beautiful, friendly staff, food could be better, but margaritas are spectacular

Gorgeous property!! Feels like a 5 star resort! I felt very safe. The property is quiet and the main doors are always locked. The staff was friendly.

More of an apartment stay in the new development/maze called Aldea Zama in town, this place is wonderful. The pool is beautiful. We felt like the only ones there, so we basically had a giant pool to ourselves. The staff is so nice. They'll speak to you in English if you want. It's so clean and comfortable. The A/C works so well, especially in that humidity. There were four of us (two couples) and there were two full bathrooms in our room. I don't fully understand the little pool on our balcony, but I appreciate it. There was a full kitchen with whatever you needed. They provided sparkling water and juice, but generally left us alone. So hospitable. I wouldn't have had it any other way. Parking on the street was plentiful. Bike rentals, however, are no longer free. Remember that since this is more of an apartment stay, they don't come in to clean up every day. Keep that in mind, and be a nice traveler.

The property was very clean. Staff was friendly and helped with questions that I had. Unfortunately some of the lights didn’t work on the balcony. Only one of the lights in the pool worked when we arrived then it went out so we had no lights outside. There’s loud construction that awoken is every day around 6-6:30 and didn’t stop till approximately 1700.

The place is nice for Aldea Zama but if you work hard in the real world to spend money on vacation and hope that the people you give your hard earned money to will treat you the same way you acted to earn it, “Art” House is not the place to stay. The front desk woman and the manager Natalia were incredibly rude to the point of disgusting and seemed to have no understanding of who was the guest and who was the host and who was on holiday and who was at work. Accordingly I would never stay here again an don’t suggest anyone else does the same until the staff learns the art of treating their guests like guests respecting their time on holiday. But after my discussion with Natalia I don’t see that happening. This place sucks.

Not a hotel, but a very sophisticated and beautiful property. We stayed in a PH 2 levels apartment, super nice.

The property is absolutely beautiful, very artsy, clean, our apartment was big, we had everything that we needed, made breakfast every morning, there are even champagne glasses! The pool was great, relaxing, drinks and food as well, they were all very responsive and helpful.

We were looking for quiet, close to the beach and town, and of course eye candy. Got all in spades. The staff was awesome and all the art installations were great to look at. Can't recommend this place enough. If you dont need beach front, and want a less "touristy" stay: this is it.

Very nice apartment and very clean. A lot of noise from constructions in the local area. Mimimum 5 Km Tulum center and 5 Km to the beach, will recommend a car

The property is very tasteully made. Excellent art ,size of the rooms.Amenities are really good. Only thing is its away from the hotel zone and beach front, one definately needs a car esp if you are with family. Fresh market close by is small supermarket. The big pool is not ready the plunge pool is lovely. Great apartment but housekeeping is not daily. staff very friendly & helpful. overall a 4/5 stay wish this property was close to the beach as the breakfast is also not on the property u have to drive to the beach. Beautiful gorgeous villa but unfortunate its in the residence zone.

Probably one the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. Spacious, luxurious and very reasonably priced. Staff is incredibly and very helpful. If you staying in Tulum and want to feel like at home stay at arthouse. I’ll be back this summer for sure !

A little tricky to find but well worth it. It was an amazing condo. Clean, spacious, very artistic. Modern, quality appliances.

Arthouse is beautiful, smells beautiful, feels special. Once we FINALLY learned how to drive in and out of the labyrinth that is Aldea Zama, we were able to participate in unforgettable experiences in Tulum and Playa del Carmen. We felt very cared for by our staff and it was convenient to have a market close by to stock up our kitchen with snacks, breakfast items, and drinks. Fighting for space on the beach because we were not rooming at any beachside hotels was not fun. The tiny "pool: in our residence was not appropriate for a family to use. Construction noise was also not pleasing when trying to sleep in on vacation.

Great place to stay. Loved all the space and super comfortable. The courtesy bikes were great and good to be half way between town and beach.

My family stayed in a deco apartment and a jungle apartment. We preferred the deco apartment as it was more comfortable for a family with 2 small children. The deco apartment was on a single floor and the television was in the living area. The jungle apartment was on 2 floors (bedrooms upstairs) and the television was in the master bedroom. The organic bathroom amenities and the bed/bath linens were very nice, and the apartments were spotless. The staff was very pleasant and easy to reach once we were at the apartments. It was more difficult to reach staff when planning our stay although someone did always reply. We hope to return after the property is complete and the family swimming pool is built.

The accomindations were good. A shout out to the front desk for making our stay a pleasure!

Condos are beautiful. Great artwork everywhere. Plenty of room with plunge pool at each condo. We had last minute check in and owner greeted us and could not be more accommodating to our needs. Best place to be in all of Tulum if you are not staying on the beach. New, upscale, well maintained, and exceptional service. Highly recommend.

Completely great experience in Tulum. This hotel has large rooms decorated with style. Feels like you are betwen a museuim, nature and comfort. Staff is great and always willing to hel above and beyond. Will come back im the furture.
