The bathrooms and kitchen were so clean and we had a lovely time staying here

Facility is always user-friendly, and what beautiful views

Property is tucked away out of town a few miles. Not quick but not too bad. Picked this because it was a reasonable rate knowing we wouldn’t use the local water park. Check in was easier than I thought, just had to walk right in and open the door. It felt a little odd because it’s a hotel. One of the elevators wasn’t working, but usually took stairs anyway. It could be a problem if busy and needed it. Door didn’t have any other lock other than the keypad access, no physical chain/bar like a standard hotel room. Fridge was unplugged until just prior to my arrival as it was room temp and we mistakenly filled it with warm drinks. Took a long time to cool. Carpet is old/stained, comforters are old. Several light bulbs were burned out, no sharp knives with a blade, only dull serrated. Master bath had pedestal with no counter space, couple of shallow shelves, but our things ended up on the floor due to lack of space. It was a little odd staying at a hotel but not having access to the hotel amenities. There was a planned water outage from 10-2 one day for repairs, with no advance notice and was prior to 6 showers and bathroom use. Message the host but no response for 8 hours. Went to main office to find info, no phone to call desk. Was back on when we got back for the night. Didn’t really know what to do with garbage, couldn’t find a dumpster. workers said to just leave it outside the room. Overall, fine but a lot of fees above the avg/rate per. Probably Wouldn’t stay again.

Location was convenient.

Everything was very clean, however there were no easy instructions on how to enter the home, there wasn’t enough elevators for the size of the complex, the pools closed too early, no instructions for the trash, and for the size of the waterpark it should have been included

The place was nice. We enjoyed the pools in the resort but just to let you know to get into the water park that was an extra cost. We did have a few minor issues; the TV never worked during out stay even with contacting Vacasa.The blow dryer didn't work, and on the last day we were down to using only one bathroom because the toilet paper was out of the other. They did have to come and fix the lock on our door as the battery was dead so we were unable to lock the door when we wanted to leave. We had to wait an hour for someone from off the premises to come and fix it. If we would of had a time commitment we may of not been so happy, it did take away from our pool time.

Enjoyed our stay. Relatively quiet for a water park destination.

I want to start by making sure everyone is aware that there are NO WATERPARK PASSES INCLUDED WITH THIS ROOM. It may seem obvious to some, but this was not very clear to me at the time of booking. I ended up spending an additional $600 to get waterpark passes for 2 days for my group. It’s funny that the property management and or owner has this response when asked about the inclusion of the passes. “Hello Joe, Thank you for reaching out to us about your upcoming stay. We are super excited to be hosting you soon. Unfortunately, you will have to purchase the passes yourself. Guests do not have any access to the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands, which include a spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website only. There is no purchasing of wristbands over the phone or in person. Noah’s Ark and Mount Olympus (two major water parks in the area) sell passes to the public for approximately $35 a wristband. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes. You will receive a check-in email shortly that will give location and driving information; we will then send you the access information on the day of your check-in. These emails will come directly from Vacasa so please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see them in your inbox. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns! Best regards, Ian G.” I wish this lengthy bit of information was part of the listing, and I find it curious that Chula Vista passes aren’t named in the response, and their subsequent price, which is $50 per wristband, per day. The actual condo is perfect, truly well kept, no issues with anything, check in was a breeze due to a smart lock in the room. Just needed a code which was provided in advance of us getting there, free early check in was available also. We were not able to take advantage of the early check in, because we were traveling from 3 hrs away, and had made our plans to align with the 4pm check in in the listing, it it was nice to know. Again, great condo, no issues, except for the small topic of needing to spend $600 additional dollars to use the waterpark. For those of you wondering why we did not cancel, we would have been on the hook for the full price. No cancel, no reschedule.

Stayed during the off season and it was so relaxing! Employees were polite and respectful. Had a great time!

Plenty of space and almost everything you need for a home cooked meal. Spent Christmas here and had a great time. Plenty of plates, cups, silverware. The only thing we wished we had was a blender but it wasn't a deal breaker. Will def consider booking again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. ROOM # 2323 very clean, comfortable, and came with dishes, pots and pans to cook with. Location was perfect to experience all of what the dells have to offer. with a maximum drive of 15 min. most attractions are 5 min away. I felt like I got my moneys worth. My only down fall was there was that there was no map in hotel to help me find the room. It was hard to find someone that spoke English well enough to understand. The front desk was closed the entire time we were there. I felt like no one was in charge of the hotel. Didn’t know how to ask for fresh linen or towels. NOT ENOUGH PARKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came here with my mom and my daughter and her best friend. We had a really nice time just relaxing and enjoying a few things around the Dells.

Nice condo! Clean and spacious. Enjoyed the resort amenities like the spa and restaurants.
