On booking in, i was taken to a different hotel, which was down the street, Morawel, i didnt realise at the time but on checking, i realised they advertise in their own right and i certainly wouldn't have booked it given its reviews. As it turned out, i was given the attic room but the stairs was unsuitable for me, surprised there suitable for anyone actually, thin and steep, so went back to the main reception, which i was then given a room in the main building, not sure why i wasnt given this one in the first place. The room was suitable, shame about the ripped nets at the window, and the wonky table, bed not very comfortable but that can be personal choice. The bathroom was modern, and i couldnt fault the breakfast, staff was friendly. I would stay again but id want to make sure where i was actually staying first, if im booking from a particular advert then thats what im expecting, there seem to be lots of rooms off site.

Second stay here for business reasons
The staff are tremendous
The place is a little tired but that doesn’t matter to me
I’d prefer this to the corporate unit across the road
Next time I have to stay over I’ll be back there

One night stay in this hotel. Looked very clean and welcoming on ground floor...dining area lounge area etc. However, once on the stairway on the approach to our room, the plsce was very different. Dirty carpets, really bad paint on walls. Our room was tiny, windows filthy, and although we had booked as a couple, only one tiny towel and one bath towel were left for us. Handle of cupboard missing, and skylight window filthy. No water glasses in the room. Breakfast was good...the only thing which was good about this stay.

Do not trust the photos provided on booking sites, these do not reflect the rooms/hotel. There was an unpleasant smell to the room and no soundproofing. The door to the room didn't shut properly. Stains on the walls and the carpet didn't appear yo be clean. Expect the possibility of a seperate private bathroom.

The central location of The Four Seasons was very convenient to the University.
Friendly staff. Made the time to be friendly inspite of the hotel being exceptionally busy.

Book the appartment, which is 2 roads away from the main hotel, and was not disappointmented. Lovely appartmemt with ocean views. Wish i was staying another night!

As a solo traveler on a motorcycle, i was influenced to book four seasons as they had private parking in the courtyard. When i arrived it was full with cars but the lady on reception advised me where was best to park my motorcycle overnight.

We were really pleased with our stay. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the tea-making facilities were good.

When I arrived they moved me to their sister hotel which was ok

Arrived at hotel and told that car park was full. Room for 5 cars max (see photo). We’re told parking on street ( 2 hr max, no use for a 2 night stay) or at health centre car park 5 minute walk away. My partner is disabled with a chest condition, so I had to carry our two bags. Car park there locked at 6pm. Charge £6.60 for 24 hrs. The hotel was grubby, hadn't been given a lick of paint for years. Banisters sticky, and carpet on stairs covered in dirt. ‘Deluxe’ room was dated and not clean. At least bedding and towels were clean. Breakfast was ok and staff polite.

Avoid at all cost...!! sink blocked, toilet didn't flush properly. It said 'Free Parking'... Not...!!
We arrived at 5pm, I asked about the parking and the reception said 'you didn't think you'd be able to park at this time of day.. did you..?' and laughed..!!
We slept in our clothes and left at 6:30am.

Booked a 3 bed apartment, hotel had allowed previous occupants to stay on so we had to go into 3 separate double rooms. Appalling and ruined the experience. No good reason for this expect financial gain for hotel. Stuck between a rock and a hard place and the hotel knew it was peak season so we had no choice but to accept.

Nice, well presented apartment contemporary styled. No real complaints, the view from the bay window in the living room was lovely (onto promenade - people watching). If I was being picky we would have liked two keys and the apartment was on the top floor and there was no lift, so not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues.

Would not recommend. Advertised as all rooms have on suit. Dosnt say anywhere you will be sent to a terraced house across the road with shared bathroom on each floor. Rooms disgusting stains everywhere.
Didnt stay ended up getting another hotel.

Typical seaside hotel with great, attentive staff, but a hotel in need of a refurb.
The staff were great, and the room was clean to an extent. All the areas that we wanted to use; such as the bed; the shower, sink etc were clean. The sofa needs a really good clean, however, to get rid of the very large stains and the kettle had a mysterious stain on it. The bedside lamp’s shade was broken and the water glasses didn’t look washed at a glance.
All my suggestions would be, is to review your rooms regularly to make sure that they are fit for purpose and justify the price of the room. Some easy fixes go a long way.

Nice room but overlooking a residential property (staff quarters) had to jeep curtains closed. As no blinds for privacy or net curtains x rooms unservicedi beds not made no clean towels tea coffee milk not replaced 😒

Our self contained flat was excellent. Many stairs were the only difficulty.

Overall good place to stop close to beach but parking is not a option have to park quite away off after dropping of our luggage as the car park is a 5 car maximum and was full during our stay

The room doesn't match the photos on the website. The staff is not that friendly but okay. The weather was hot and when we open the windows they were full of molds. One window blind kept shutting down by itself. The bathroom is nice. The place is near by attraction and restaurants.

Nice hotel but practically impossible to park near if you travel Friday or Saturday. Nice friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Breakfast was a little chaotic, no-one to meet and greet so not always able to order tea/coffeeand toast. The breskfast room is quite small and the tables are very close together making it difficult to move around

Stayed for my graduation, was nice and quiet with really friendly staff! For the price however, I did expect it to be more modern. Still a lovely stay in all!

Very nice room and a very comfortable bed, very nice breakfast would recommend this Hotel.

The hotel was shabby in places with some slightly strange decor choices, but overall clean and tidy. Bar had a good range of drinks. Breakfast was excellent, with great service and plenty of staff.
Car park tiny and full so most ‘free’ parking is on the nearby roads.
