What a wonderful home and amazing location. It had everything you would need plus so many fine touches. The kitchen has so well stocked for cooking. Backyard was perfect for our two pups and for sitting outside around the fire pit. Plenty of space to spread out and the beds were so comfy! This property exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book this location again.

Property is great for pet owners with the fully fenced backyard. Better than the fence is the artificial turf in the backyard so that as the snow melts there is no mud! House was very clean, comfortable and roomy. Would definitely stay there again. Property managers also very responsive to our needs.

The layout provided both room to gather for game nights and then retreat into our private spaces. One of our family members is a chef and was not disappointed with the kitchen. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. Check in was easy. Our only disappointments were the hot tub, was more like a warm tub and the gas fireplace did not light.

We love Frisco and come often. We’ve stayed at multiple rentals but this was our favorite one for our family. Very clean, spacious with a great location and backyard. Plus the hot tub was a big bonus especially with skiing all day. We will try to rebook this place each time we come.

Really enjoyed everything about this experience! Perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Best of all, it was pet friendly and our pups loved it too! Lots of good dining choices nearby too.

Place was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Only downside was the check in was 4:30, tried to get in earlier and was unable then the check out was early at 10:00.

Overall my boyfriend, two dogs, and I had a good stay at this property! We appreciated how centrally located Frisco is to the mountains as it is only 15 minutes from Breck, 10 minutes to Copper Mountain, and 30 minutes to Arapahoe / Vail. The rental company for this property shared a digital guide book that was helpful during our stay. Included overall thoughts below. Pros: Spacious fenced in backyard Dog friendly Hot tub Large master bedroom on ground level Great location! (walkable to Main Street and Walter Byron dog park) Fireplace kept us nice and warm! Cons: Late check in time of 4:30pm/5pm (not accommodating to early check in request) Early check out time of 10am (not accommodating to late check out request) Generally, I feel if you have a late check in time then the check out time should be later as well. This property is run by a property management group it seems instead of an individual home owner, which may be the reason they did not offer the flexibility we were hoping for.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing I was not happy about was after a long day of skiing we went to check in to the condo only to find the stair way up to the door and deck cover in a about a foot of snow we had to shovel our way in. We also, had to shovel in front of the garage doors so we could put the cars inside.

The location and house was great for our needs. Spacious to spread out between multi levels. A few hiccups, we asked early for an extended stay, we were told to cancel and re-book (@ extra fees). The last night, I called and inquired and they let us stay another night. It just seemed we had to jump through hoops. It does say pet friendly (which we all have dogs ourselves), but it seemed to be a lot of dog hair (floors, living room & on blankets). Overall good stay.

We stayed here for our wedding with a group of friends and the place was PERFECT! Beautiful on the inside and the outside had a large backyard (so great for our 2 dogs) with a hot tub that was amazing! The location was close to Main Street as well. Would definitely stay here again!

I normally do not write long reviews, but this one is deserving (in a good way)! Backyard: Perfect. We had our daughter's Bernedoodle and having the fenced in yard was wonderful. We spent time around the fire pit and in the hot tub. It is a beautiful backyard with the Aspens and was very quiet and relaxing being in a residential neighborhood. Beds: The best in any rental we have stayed in. Mattresses were perfect (not too hard) and I loved the white down comforter and sheets. Very clean, comfy and warm! Kitchen: They had everything we needed. We cooked quite a bit and it was such a nice surprise that they even had a crock pot which we utilized. Also, a full size Keurig. They pay a lot of attention to detail and had labels as to where to put everything back which helped a LOT! Nice gas stove, pull out trash containers, etc. Lots of storage! Living Room: For once, we actually had a sofa in a rental that was comfortable. Nice big TV. Perfect. Bathrooms: All bathrooms were very nice. The master bathroom was particularly nice. The shower had a big shower head and good water pressure (also hard to find in a rental). Lots of room in the master bath for the washer and dryer closet. Another room in there to hang more clothes and store towels. Huge vanity with plenty of room for my blow dryer and flat iron. 4:30 check in time was a little late, but understandable as it is a big house to clean. Thank you - we will be back!

I was saddened we could only stay one night! But such a wonderful accommodation - especially if you have good dog! I personally loved sitting in the hammock.- the beds are incredibly comfortable! I loved the design of the house and property, and would love to return and spend more time.

House was fantastic! Great kitchen with every amenity, appliance, comfort of home. Newly remodeled. Great yard for the doggies, loved the hot tub, couldn’t get the fire pit to light but we didn’t mind that. One main living area, worked fine for us but sometimes nice for 2nd living area if kids need a separate tv area or game area from the adults. About 10 minute walk to Main Street, close to a cool park with dog park. So beautiful!!!!

The place was a solid rental with a good location and plenty of space However it appeared that it had not been cleaned well, as there was lots and lots of hair everywhere that would stick to your socks in clumps. The upstairs shower did not drain at all, and the hot tub had clumps of hair and debris in it.

Very clean and well detailed property that we really enjoyed!

This was the perfect place for a family get-together over Nee Year’s weekend.
