Front desk service was not great. A bunch of kids who were not very social and acted like they rather be home. Room was nice and clean. Bath tub drained slow when taking a shower. Pool was nice but hot tub was not very clean and there were no towels when we went down after dinner

This hotel was good for our needs. We just needed the one night near Asheville Regional Airport. Could not take a bath in the bathtub. Seemed a bit dilapidated and the smell of pine cleaner was pretty heavy when we got into the room. Otherwise, it was comfortable and met our needs after a long day.

Right across the street from airport, but quiet, clean, and nice! Staff was very polite. Breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast bar.

We were pleased

The curtains didn’t close and the light from the indoor pool shined bright into the room until 10pm. Also felt like people at the pool could see into the room. There were ants everywhere. The keys didn’t work very well to open the door and had to get help to open the door.

Chose this property because the reviews were good and it was a reasonable price point. Pictures must have been old because this place was DIRTY. Do not believe the pictures. The carpet was so filthy that you could see the tracks in it. There was moisture damage in the ceiling of the bathroom and no fan. The room had not been wiped down and the tub still had hair stuck on the wall. The bottoms of the doors to multiple room had bubbles from water damage. If we had not checked in so late I would asked for a refund and went somewhere else.

This property is fairly clean, but the carpets and fixtures are old and stained and need updating. High traffic due to the airport. The rooms are clean enough - don't look too close and you're fine. The pool area is very nice and breakfast is substantial.

Convenient location to the airport. Excellent breakfast. Cleaning could be improved. There were some stains on the walls and hair in the bathroom.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, and it was quiet for the most part. My room was near the pool so it was slightly noisy for an hour or so at night, so I’d recommend asking for a room farther away from it.

If you are looking for a hotel that is walking distance from the airport and aren’t super picky then this could be a good choice. It’s about a 10 minute easy walk from the terminal. The common areas (like most Wingate) is tired and not especially well maintained. The first two rooms I was assigned had non working a/c, but the staff was good about taking care of me and the third room was pretty nice.

The only nice thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport. We arrived to find our room leaking from the ceiling. After we moved to another room, we found the TV didn't work and after trying to troubleshoot ourselves, finally gave up and went to the front desk again. The person who helped us was silent, disgruntled and made us feel very uncomfortable for having issues that weren't our fault. I would 11/10 recommend not staying here.

Shuttle drivers are always very nice and prompt. Desk service also friendly. Rooms are comfortably furnished.

Easy and quick checkin

Very clean rooms, hot tub and pool were great, good breakfast, and wonderful staff. If I had one complaint, it’s that we arrived late and had to park in the back, and the back parking lot lights were out. It was scary, but the whole place is pretty much safe. We survived 🙃 I’ll stay there again.

Wouldn’t allow me to check in as a ‘local’ from my id even after staying the month prior because my id is 4 years old dumb management incompetent
