Beautiful home right on the beach! Very clean! EXCELLENT host!!! Will definitely be back!!

We had the best time! This was a multi family trip so the the space was amazing. The owners were supporting accommodating and responded to my texts/calls immediately. Sadly, part of our stay was during a biker fest. Amazingly, we were just far enough from the busy part of town to not be bothered. We don’t have a single complaint and hope to come back!

This property was the perfect place for our family weekend reunion! We loved the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom! The property itself has everything you would need and is directly on the beach! (The pictures don’t do this place justice!) The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this property!

This is a fantastic property! The house is beautiful and comfortable and the location is great. The property owner is beyond helpful. Stephen answered questions and gave insight which was so appreciated. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this property!

This was our first time in Panama City, the location and home were beautiful! Just steps from the beach, and not far from anything you may need. We were thankful for the early check in opportunity and the great communication. We had no issues, which always makes a trip even better! We just had two adults and a four year old, but definitely plenty of room for more people. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely pick this place to stay!

Having the beach in the backyard, with private access, the pool beside the house, parking at the front door, and all our family staying in one place and not divided up in separate hotel rooms was what we wanted and is what we got. Beautiful house, with lots of room, we had an awesome time!

Everything we wanted, needed and more. Stephen was incredibly nice and accommodating. 100% will be back!

First, the pictures do not do this home justice for how beautiful this home is it is beautifully decorated and the layout of the home is big and open in the kitchen and living room areas , the views of the beach, the gulf are stunning . All the bedrooms were big and had their own bathrooms and very comfortable beds . My family loved this home on the beach so much!!! We prepared meals in the kitchen and only went out to eat a few times , everything needed was supplied to prepare and serve meals for our family and friends that came to visit also . The children loved the beach but one day the gulf had too many jellyfish for our comfort so we enjoyed playing at the pool . I loved having my cup of coffee each morning on the deck and saw dolphins playing in the water many times . Communicating with my host was welcoming and they were available anytime I messaged them for anything . I had no issues at all with the home , everything mentioned is accurate but the pictures of the home do not do it justice showing how beautiful it is or your views of the beach and its just steps to the water . I hope to make this our annual place to stay n visit every year in for family vacations . We loved it .

We really enjoyed this property. It was the perfect location and we loved having the beach and ocean to ourselves instead of sharing it crushed together at a condo. It had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. There were extra beach chairs, floats, and toys for the beach. It was also very quiet at night. We would love to return in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! This place had everything someone would need to feel right at home! There was tons of seating throughout. Tons of kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. The location and beach access can’t be beat! We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the waves come in. We spent 50% of our vacation on that deck. We also loved the convenience of the pool! Some others complained about the small size but we found it to be absolutely perfect! If I can afford to come back to PCB, I will choose to stay here again and again!

We rented this for a long weekend with friends to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was exactly as pictured and is a perfect spot on the beach. We’re already looking at dates for a return trip with the family. Thank you!!

This place is AMAZING!!! We loved the layout of the house and the separate bathrooms and multiple balconies. It’s so great to just walk out the back door and be on the beautiful white sand beach. This is out of the way of the busier part of Panama City so it was peaceful. We will definitely be back!

The house was beautiful and great for 2 families. Plenty of space. Bathrooms in all the rooms. Everyone had privacy. It was nice to just be able to walk out to the beach. The area is quiet and we felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice residence - nice clean beach location - not crowded even during the peak time of Spring Break. Perfect views from the house. Perfect home for multiple families since each room has its own en suite.

We booked this property over the Christmas weekend with friends. We all found the property 5 star.. It was great stay for everyone of us. The master bedrooms with balcony opening into the sea and living rooms view is what is a big plus..

We love the location and the beautiful sunsets off the back deck. Located directly on the beach this works well for our family as we can come and go as needed. You just can’t beat the location of this rental. Just steps to the beach made it so easy with an active toddler. The unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had an amazing time at this property. The photos and description were spot on. Upon arrival, we noticed a small leak from the frig. We called to report and someone arrived within minutes to handle the problem. Kitchen was the best stocked (with small appliances, variety of utensils, dishes, etc) that we have ever experienced. The pool was much appreciated since Tropical Storm Fred and his aftermath kept us out of the ocean for 3 of our days. Location was great. Very quiet section of the beach which was never crowded, yet we could be to more touristy spots within a few minutes drive. Don’t hesitate to rent this one!!

This was perfect for two families. Access to beach, shops, and local food can't be beat. Views and access couldn't be beat. Family obsessed over the Galaga game. Thanks for the memories

Beach is right at our fingertips no elevators no parking garages..just can't say enough good. This was our 2nd year would have been 3rd but COVID kept us away last year.
