Stayed here to go to a concert at the OVO. It was very convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked a standard room and that was spacious and lovely. Would recommend to others

My booking had not been logged from hotels.com to the hotel There was no table available inthe restaurant at 4pm when it opened although it did not appear full The menu is poor with what I would describe as teenagers favourites

Hotel was fantastic front desk staff great.. though in both the downstairs bar and red sky bar (neither busy at all) the staff were ultra slow and not very helpful at all...took an age to serve drinks to us.one as a soft drink and one alcoholic..the staff in both bars were on such a go slow ..glasiers move faster! Only had two drinks and gave up in both of the bars.. plenty of staff so eong quiet they weren't usy at all yet ss i say took forever feom ordering drinks to actually getting them! Was a dreadful experience..especially after really looking forward to the red sky bar.also with it being so quiet and the premium price (which i did not mind) staff couldnt even say oh take a swat and we will bring drinks to table.yet the bill cane at brake neck speed! This and the very poor beeakfast for £15 per head was extremely poor .considering the desk staff and everything else was excellent. Views wonderful from room.grest size and spotless everywhere.bar staff really need some trainig on manners and to pick uo the pace.left a bad taste in our mouths for sure!

Clean, modern, spacious, good breakfast, fast wifi

It’s a swanky hotel. Liked the property a lot. Good location on the river. If you decide to check in late then finding a parking spot can be a hassle but shouldn’t be a deal breaker. Overall excellent experience.

Tidy with cool views however the carpet was damaged and the ceiling had some sort of stain all over it.

The location was great dor the even we were attending.

Had a fantastic one-night stay here. Enjoyed the rooftop bar as well as the breakfast. Bed was super comfortable and I couldn't hear any of the other rooms. Had a few encounters with different staff members and they were all terrific. Areas of improvement would be the bathroom (no fan, and the door is frosted glass - not great for privacy) and the gym (limited and crowded). Would definitely stay here again.

Superb place. Lovely clean rooms, Very dog friendly (sausages for breakfast) and a breakfast worth getting up for. The staff are welcoming and will do their best to help you with anything they can.

Excellent hotel only let down by them allowing non EV cars to park in the charging bays. We booked the hotel for the EV charging but couldn’t use it for the four days we stayed.

Absolutely fantastic stay - always love an overnight at Radisson Red. The staff are fantastic and the sky bar is absolutely superb. Good food and drink selections!
