This B&B has 12 rooms in two structures. Some rooms are on the third floor which could be a challenge for seniors . The location is good and the staff is excellent. There is ample parking on the grounds. We only had breakfast but it was very good.

The rooms were more worn, unsightly air conditioner, wallpaper, than in the photos online.

Nice old quaint place with a comfy bed and shower. It was a nice overall stay but if I’m staying at a Bed And Breakfast I want the breakfast to be gourmet …. I want fresh squeezed juice , homemade jams and fresh yogurt and nice breads , not just jeneric stuff I can buy. I want to smell the cookies at 4pm for cookie hour and I want to see some cheese and meats at wine hour ….. that’s why I stay at these places and they failed a bit on this part but the quiche with potato rösti was very nice.

The Inn is beautiful and the amenities are great & also the staff.

Self check-in using a key-pad. We were on the 3rd floor, the "Summer Room", narrow staircase but OK. The whole Inn feels very "Santa Barbara", nice. Clean, daily room service. The bathroom is pretty small, shower was good, with shampoo, lotion etc all there. Windows had screens, and it was quiet enough in this neighbood to keep windows open overnight. Parking in the back of the building is very helpful, since street parking is hard to come by. Breakfast was Yoghurt with a granola, bowl of fresh fruit (berries,...), and a Quiche or other such freshly baked item. Very tasty, very filling. Good coffee. They have a happy hour with free wine, appreciated by us and our 2 guests. They also baked various cookies (awesome!). Staff/host are all nice people. Overall, a nice B&B experience.

Wonderful place to stay. Remarkably clean. Easy to get to the places to see in Santa Barbara. Cookies and tea and breakfast were splendid. Definitely stay here.

This was our first time in a bread and breakfast. We will be back again soon! Our homemade Breakfast was delicious and filling. Starting our morning in the great weather eating outside. Service was welcoming, polite and friendly which completed our great experience. Thank you.

The bed has very good quality mattress and very comfortable. It is very clean and in very quiet neighborhood.

Bath street Inn has been by far the best place we stayed in Sta Barbara, !hands down! and way more reasonable in price. It gives you a little flavor of going back in time. The cookies served during the stay, made by one of the sisters are to die for, it makes you feel welcome and reminds you of your visits to grandma. The original style of bed and breakfast. Where they serve a hearty breakfast. And a wonderful accommodation. Sorry we did not find it before.

Bath Street Inn is delightful! The property is charming and breakfast was always delicious. It’s an easy walk to State Street and beyond to Stearn’s Wharf. It’s centrally located if you want to get around on foot, but also has a convenient parking lot if you have a car. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend!

The staff were all gracious and accommodating. The room was antique decor and charming. However, we had to walk up stairs - so if that is difficult for you, request a lower floor.

Had a wedding in SB and found The Bath Street Inn. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. We would definitely return again.

Property has a lot of character and breakfast was good

Lovely property in a good & quiet location that's still close to the main downtown area. Summer room is at the top of the main building & is great except sun comes in the window early in May & the shade isn't dark enough. Also, the pocket door to the bathroom is noisy opening & closing in the middle of the night which may disturb guests in the other rooms. Breakfast was wonderful & plentiful & host & staff were very nice.
