Amazing hotel!!!

Overall great experience. But there are some things that were really weird. 1.) Breakfast was unfortunately just not fresh. Old vegetables and fruit. Considering the price, this can be significantly improved. 2.) The fitness studio should be available 24 hrs. It is very hard to believe this studio is only open from 9am - 9pm. If traveling with family, this is really difficult to get some sports in before the kids wake up. 3.) The towel cards. If you lose your towel cards, the hotel charges you 50 euro. This is such an odd concept for a hotel. If you want to use the pool, the hotel should provide support to do so, and not leave it in the hands of the guest whom is paying for the service. 4.) Rooms are super cool, but the bathrooms are a bit moldy. Other than that, it was a great experience. Staff in general were good, particularly the restaurant staff.

Second stay at this hotel. The Good. Wonderfully kind and helpful staff. The Bad. The screws sticking up inside the room meant you had to keep your shoes on at all times. The Ugly. The cheap, noisy, trashy atmosphere in and around the hotel. Drunks arguing at 0200hrs next door, blood trail from the ground floor to the second floor, and competition between neighbouring venues as to who could play the loudest, oddest, trashiest music as late as possible.

Excellent holiday! Very attentive staff, amazing breakfast and we especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Easy to get to the slopes with the shuttle and we rented the ski equipment from the hotel at a reduced rate. Little one really enjoyed the play area. It made for a wonderful family holiday

Beautiful property and amazing views.

This hotel is perfect for a break in the mountains. The rooms are huge and comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful and tasty, the views of the mountain are divine and the spa is a real treat. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Without doubt, the staff at the hotel are ambassadors. After staying in 1000 hotels, it would be nearly impossible to find better and more helpful staff. Nothing was a problem; everything was a solution. Kind, courteous, empathetic and professional. You stayed with an absolute assurance that the staff would do whatever they could to help. They are a real credit to the hotel.

Room was amazing. Clean, bright, huge. Lovely tea endowed. Breakfast excellent, pleasant atmosphere, attentive support during all stay. Spa free access a bonus not seen often. Interior of the hotel exquisite and spacious, lovely decorated. Bar at reception excellent located, nice bartender. An experience you wish to repeat. Excellent!

Excellent service, food and room

Excellent Service, great views and all in all a very good experience.

The staff is very well trained and react very fast to your needs. Overall it is very clean but the conditions of some furniture and rooms has to be improved. The food is great, possibly one of the best Schnitzel in Romania. The placement can't be better, 2min walk to the slope. My first choice when going to Poiana.

Okay generally but had higher expectations. Staff is friendly but services in general seem to be outdated in terms of quality customer services.

Great hotel with friendly staff. We like it here and this was our second time staying. The Mt. view from the balcony is amazing. Great place to drink your coffee/tea in the morning. Breakfast had a great selection and the one site restaurant also has great food.

We stayed here for 4 nights . We loved the location , great room with large balcony overlooking the mountains and the lake , good breakfast included. Big thanks to Tudor from the front desk ,he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy 😊!

Very nice hotel. Staff very friendly and polite. Because the hotel wasn't fully equipped our room was updated to one bedroom apartment, which is huge. Bathroom amazing with shower bath and sauna. Bed very comfortable. Nice food and again restaurant staff very polite and respectful. Well done. Keep up.

It was a perfect weekend.

Very nice view and big huge rooms. Could be better for this amount of money as the water in the outdoor hot tub was cold and the water in the jacuzzi was dirty. The breakfast service needs improvement as anyone interacted with customers.

My sixth consecutive year skying in Pouana Brasov and the first at Imparatul, the previous years having been to the other main competitor hotel in the resort. This is better in many respects and a bit worse in two other areas but overall for my needs I do prefer it and will be back next year. The areas they need to improve are the sky rental service and more activities in the hotel for boys and young hildren. All the rest is very, very good, including the pools and sauna, the rooms size is excellent, the breakfast as well with fresh produce and wide range of choices.

Average hotel with huge prices..Nothing to write home abou apart from broken toilet..sink..shower head..mould in the shower...beds were confortable but for 300 pounds a night the suits could have 2 bathrooms so the family wont have to queue for the toilet

Very spatios rooms and the design of interior and the view .The Delux apartament is about 3000 sf .

Amazing hotel very close to the ski slopes. Everyone was really helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also really good with plenty of options to choose from. Our favourite place was definitely the spa, with hot tub, sauna facilities even an ice bath. We will definitely come back again!

Large comfortable rooms and excellent facilities, great choice at breakfast

Everything was excellent , reception staff excellent , breakfast excellent , parking space ,room was so nice on all aspects , restaurant excellent , room service excellent . It was one of nice surprises during our voyage .We will be back soon . Thanks for this nice experience .

Rooms are big, the hotel has its own big spaces, pool looks ok, breakfast is great wifi is excellent, beds are excellent, parking is free. Very recommended.

Amazing hotel. We were in it 6 months ago 2 couples. We have now returned to 2 other couples. We were upgraded for free to a room with a balcony and amazing views. Huge room in size. Amazing and excellent breakfast. The hotel staff is helpful, nice, attentive and caring. We will undoubtedly return here again and again. Great, great, great

This was a gracious old world style hotel with lovely pools and huge rooms with lovely views! the breakfast buffet was wonderful!We were delighted to have stayed!
