The biggest problem is the front desk only opens during day time and there is no way to leave my luggage for storage when I check out.

This hotel is in a great location. Just renovated to a very high standard. Staff are lovely. Bourogh market is a short walk away and Tube station just next door. Fridge in room, teas and coffee. No elevator. Only issue is if your late checkout it’s £50 per hour. So be careful.

Very well situated hotel near borough station. Room was small but everything we needed. We opted for an en-suite however there are some which use a communal bathroom- although still very pleasant and clean. There is a bit of traffic noise but to be expected for the location. Staff are very friendly and helpful although it is a self check in and out. All my information was provided to me as I needed it. I would consider this being my primary stay in London for any future visits.

While convenient and comfortable, the keyless/digital access to the building and my room have not been well thought through. As a solo female traveller I would have not felt at all safe having to fiddle with key codes and apps to access the property and my room, especially at night when there are no staff on duty.

Close to the metro.

It was very clean and nice, only problem is I couldn’t sleep because a slight walk down the hall echoes to every room all the more people talking. But hey! For what it’s worth if you’re not light sleeper then worth it

The staff was super friendly. It was a hassle free check-in by Doreen. Next door to the tube/metro.

Then need to sort the key system out. It took the desk receptionist a couple of yours to get it, and we were locked out with no receptionist at midnight. Took a few phone calls to resolve. Room was uncomfortably hot.

Great hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfy bed. Smallish room but good for a short stay. Inner glazing helped with noise. Will be coming back.

Simple rooms that were in good condition and very clean. Showers etc also cleaned regularly. Friendly staff (at door and cleaning rooms) made it a nice stay. Had to sleep with windows closed because noise from fans/air con outside was very loud. Great location. Overall, would happily stay again.

For a budget hotel it’s okay, however we paid for a king size bedroom which was additional cost and ended up with a twin room also there’s no air conditioning and if you leave window open it’s very noisy as you are facing all the extraction fans from the buildings around you so lots of mechanical noise. The rooms were good standard though and you are right by bough station so on balance was good but I would not fall for the kingsize bed room as it’s just a twin with beds pushed together.

Nice to be so close to the underground, quite the tiny room that doesn’t even really fit an open suitcase without blocking a major path in the room

The hotel was clean, mostly quiet, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had read some negative reviews before going but I had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again.

This property location was absolutely PERFECT! Walking distance from everything and public transportation conveniently just outside. There was renovation happening at the same time of my stay so my sleep was interrupted. The rooms are smaller than your average dorm and bathrooms are shared amongst the entire floor.

I liked the hotel clean tidy. I would give 5 stars but the room service disturbed me several times when i was inside tried to get inside without asking.

Do not stay here in spring summer or fall. It is far too hot in the rooms. They provided us with a fan but it was broken. There is no AC. We stayed one night and after no sleep and sweating all night we decided to go with another hotel with AC. The management was unhelpful and we could not get a refund for any of the remaining nights of our stay per their policy. Save yourself the trouble by skipping this place. We stayed at the best western which was far better. Rooms are extremely small and the shared bathroom was uncomfortable because people keep trying the door because there is no indication from the outside that the bathroom is in use. Only stay if you are okay with these conditions. The location is good but not at all worth the conditions. Will not stay here again and recommend avoiding if possible. They also do not have staff at the desk at all times so if you have a problem that can’t be fixed over the phone you have to wait until the next day.

Good location, basic accommodation but clean and safe. Easy to get around.

It was so noisy they put out ear plugs in the hallways… absolutely no amenities, the TV never worked, the bathroom was constantly hot because the towel warm was on 24/7, the blind was falling off the roller all the time. The workers from other facilities take breaks on the roof top which is right next to the very much so open windows the ppl can just walk right into if desired.

Well that was painful. The people i spoke to were fine however the systems let them down as i could get in. 3 times i filled in my details to provide me with key pad info. I then phoned and again had to provide my details to access the hotel. I gave up and drove home

The property was great for the money and was quiet and safe. The bathroom would have benefited from signage as another guest had to ask me where it was and I had to risk knocking and turning a handle to locate it. All in all, for the price and central nature of the location. I was very satisfied. Thank you 🙏

very compact shoe box but ok for one night. expensive for anywhere other than London but location was good. interesting access arrangements to building and room doors where an app would be helpful.

Convenient location

Clean comfortable bedding, quiet stay, nice shared showers/ bathrooms. They give you a robe and slippers to walk to the shared bathroom space. Room service made my bed everyday also nice. Checkin easy. Great price. The tube is right downstairs and the area was really great! I would absolutely stay here again!

The property was easy to get to right next to the metro but still quiet. The bed was really comfortable . One thing to note that it’s shared bathroom the ad gave the impression that it was . It was still clean there were lots of towels and a robe and you can get other needed stuff. I had a great stay here

Fantastic place to drop our gear and head out on the town. No frills but clean. Only comment I have is that the door locks felt a bit 'flimsy' (the batteries were sellotaped into the back of mine!) - I like to feel like the door is really solid and secure and the doors here didn't quite cut it.

My expectations based on other reviews were of something very basic, although the rooms are simply furnished there were nice touches such as the robe and slippers, ear plugs (although I didn’t need them despite being quite literally next door to the tune station), and non-dairy alternative milk for the provided tea and coffee. All the information I’d received prior to check in lead me to believe this was a reception free hotel but there was a desk and someone assisted with my check in. I couldn’t get my phone to scan with the door lock so had to type the code in each time but otherwise everything was nice and easy. There’s a few cafes and stuff within a couple of mins walk for breakfast
