Bed was 2 singles put together and kept coming apart and was annoying throughout the whole stay and uncomfortable. Lobby smelt like garbage and was very unpleasant smell when entering and exiting. Issue with key and couldn’t return home after a night out and had to call someone to fix it

Nice apartment close to attractions and transport, staff were friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful time during our stay.

One of the best properties I have ever stayed … location is so convenient and saved slot in parking 🅿️. I got my meetings in city and the cafés are on walking distance so saved my time … and the apertment have the best VIEW of city , water and mountains

It was fairly average cleaning of the unit wasn’t the best toilet seat broken dishwasher shelf broken cleaning staff entered property mid week left towels in bathroom clean sheets on bed shampoos etc on kitchen bench One lift was out of order for entire stay leaving 2 lifts accessible only causing large delays in accessing our 8th floor

The location and the view is really nice. However, the bed was small and wasn't clean. Definitely need a new bed. Although the apartment is in a good condition, but it definitely needed a deep cleaning, specially the bedroom and the toilet.

Really great accommodation, excellent location

My stay was wonderful right from check in to check out. The staff were very helpful and the room was amazing.

The toilet was smelly. No extra toilet paper was provided. But they gave it to me after I requested it from their help desk on Monday.

The facilities were good, but hot tub not working and this was one reason for our choice of this apartment. Also, room cleanliness was average as carpet did not appear to be vacuumed and bench tops not overly clean. Cheap furniture and marked walls did not give comfort or nice appeal. Overall, very average, especially when we had to pay for parking also.

Apartment is good, beds and pillows comfortable. Great staff at checkin. I would say on the surface everything seemed clean but it could have used a little extra attention in the bathroom.

Easy access to Convention Centre and restaurants and bars.Lovely views from rooms. Downside was only 1mug-fortunately my share buddy was ill at last minute..no tea towel and shower in 1 bathroom would not stay in set position. Due to long hours of my conference difficult to be in touch with reception.

The aoartment had great views and was nice and clean. The lifts are fast so youre not waiting too long. A TV in the bedroom would be nice. The kitchen utensils are ok but lacks such items as cooking scissors. But generally its a great place to stay. I parking on site is available at an additional $25 per night, the parking spaces are really tight so if you have a wide car its a struggle getting out and theres always the chance your car could get dented buy a irresponsible person opening their door..

Pro’s - convenient location, friendly staff & onsite car parking. Con’s - property is in need of updating, room was dirty/unclean (floors not cleaned, stained/dirty furniture, walls & carpets), mould in bathroom. Would not stay again.

It was a lovely accomodation of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, great for a family of 4. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful . Will definitely stay there again

Liked how close this was to the qld museum and Southbank. Don’t like seeing people sleeping in the foyer and the chlorine in the spa was beyond too much.

10/10 across the board. Clean, quiet, close to public transport, beautiful facilities (pool, sauna, BBQ area), and lovely staff. I will be booking again!

Was tidy and spacious

Perfect location for our weekend getaway. Lovely front desk staff. Great view of the river from our 2 bed apartment balcony and easy 15 walk to city. Parking on street free over weekend, was a bonus. Definitely stay again

The room itself is good and comfortable. Cleaning services could use some.work. the dishes were dirty and apt.had a couple gnats from day 1

It was quiet and the view from the higher floor was stunning. I loved the rubbish and recycling system on each floor. A lot of negatives though — it was very confusing how to enter the building and checkin. The lack of signage out the front made it more difficult to even know I was at the right location. No free bottle of wine upon checkin (as per hotels.com rewards). Room was unsatisfactory, stains on carpet and sofa, marks on most main area walls, dark dust on upper part of bedroom wall. Could not connect to WiFi the whole stay even after restarting the modem a few times. Apparently guests are meant to rectify technical issues themselves via a tech support line. Just what I want, a long trip to the hotel, pay a tonne of money only to have to contact a call centre for some troubleshooting on something that should have been picked up on BEFORE I arrived. No small milk packets in fridge to have with a coffee upon arrival. Oh and what’s with all the plastic plants? It looks tacky. Some real ones would be much better. Since the hotel has an extremely good rating overall, I can only assume other rooms are in much better condition than mine was. Hopefully other guests will have a better experience than me.
