I was here to rest and recover before my friend arrived to B.A., and the is to their comfortable rooms, delicious room service, and great TV selection that is exactly what I did! I left rejuvenated and ready for my trip! My favorite offering was that breakfast items (Dulce de leche pancakes) were available all day in there beautiful bar.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large ans clean. I would recommend this hotel.

I booked a deluxe suite with 2 beds for 3 nights stay after our Antarctica Expedition. This hotel provided a tremendous value and excellent rate with top notch amd excellent service on all levels. Prior to our arrival, the hotel's concierge, Diego, arranged for our car service with meet and greet and liggage assist from EZE airport to the hotel as well as our return at the end of our stay. This operated perfectly. Our check in experience was quick and we were escorted to our room and assisted with our luggage and the bellman provided a tour of all of the features of our room, which was most helpful. The room as beautifully appointed with a balcony overlooking the Square/green space across the street. The hotel restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and lunch with great service. I would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to beautiful Buenos Aires in the future. Great location and all the amenities and service quality you expect from a 5 star hotel at a great price too! Thank you for everything, Palladio! I look forward to returning one day!

The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We checked in our large bags two days early because we were going to Iguazu Falls and didn't want to take all our suitcases. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional service and a beautiful property

We loved the Palladio. The room was large, we had a balcony overlooking a wonderful park. The meals in their restaurant were the best we had in BA. Tomas happily extended our check out time due to a late night flight. All of the staff were friendly and competent. We can't wait to return to BA and The Palladio.

Everyone was so friendly and professional and was there to assist and help make the experience perfect The concierges are wonderful and the spa is great and had a wonderful hot stone massage The hotel restaurant is rated one of the best restaurants in BA and one of the top hotel restaurants in the world for good reason

Great food & service

Wonderful experience - top notch. Hotel was beautiful. Room had more closets than my house (3-4x a typical room). Ample lights throughout. Staff was super friendly and helpful: after a late night flight arrival, room service prepared a special request meal for my wife, gym was made available before hours, taxis were hailed and destination instructions communicated -- all above expectations. Front desk staff were particularly friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Great hotel, good location

The Palladio Hotel was one of the highlights of our trips! We had a long 10 day stay and everyone was helpful and friendly at all times. Especially Diego, the Concierge and Mark at the door, Alex at the pool and Felipe at the bar. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Recoleta area!

The entire staff at the hotel was exceptionally professional and friendly. The hotel’s bar and restaurant very good. The rooms have modern amenities and are laid out. The hotels location is good, nice park across the street and walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The gym was good, could use a little more equipment. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and business travelers.
